Blue Beach Studios are some five Creole-style Bungalow units rented out by the same owner lady. They are situated within the "Residence Blue Beach" on the French side of Oyster Pond, very close to Captain Oliver's Marina, which is a mere 100 yards down the road.

A few restaurants and local bars, such as "The Dinghy Dock" with its popular Happy Hour, as well as a grocery store, boutiques and boat excursions are within a couple of minutes walking distance away. Blue Beach is also close to Dawn Beach, Coralita Bay, Le Galion and Orient Beach. Activities in the area include Jet ski, sailing, parasailing, diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, excursions, and fishing. For your entertainment at nighttime, the casino and discotheque of the new Westin Resort is only a 5 minutes drive away. |

The pictures on this web page show the newest Blue Beach Studio that became available in April 2008 in addition to the other 4 units that the owner rents already out for several years. The size and amenities of all studios are the same. The views are different, depending if it's a unit on the 2nd floor with a balcony (and ocean view), or on ground floor with a patio (garden view). |

BLUE BEACH STUDIOS
These cozy, well equipped studios are ideal affordable vacation rentals for a couple or a family with one or two kids. The living room / bedroom with King bed, and the dining area with a well equipped kitchenette form one open, air-conditioned space leading onto the balcony or patio.
The owner of the studios is very caring and a very good host. The owner's family actually lives in the same neighborhood, and will be very helpful if you need any assistance or recommendations on site what to do and where to go on St. Martin and St. Maarten.

The air-conditioned studio features a King bed, Satellite TV, a dining area inside and outside, a small kitchenette and a private full bathroom with shower. Some units have an open loft space under the roof, a so called Mezzanine, to sleep two more guests (children). The Mezzanine is accessible by a ladder. |

outside. The Studios on the 2nd

provide a very nice view the ocean
toward the Dutch side's Dawn Beach,
and Oyster Bay Resort on the peninsula.

RATES & TERMS
Nightly Rate: $58.00 for 1 or 2
Additional person: $10.00 per night. Children under age 6 free. $130.00 deposit required to make reservation. Balance due on arrival day, in cash.
For cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival date cancellation fee of $130.00, i.e.
no refund of the deposit.

Blue Beach Studios are charming and neat one bed, one bath rental units designed for the budget oriented traveler. Well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. |
The Mezzanine under the roof sleeps two more guests (preferably children), thus making Blue Beach Studios a very moderately priced vacation rental for up to 4 guests. The owners supply linen and towels, and provide maid service once per week as well as on departure. You'll have to bring your own beach towels though, remember! Note for those who need to stay in touch with the office or with family: FREE WiFi Internet access is now available at Maryse's Blue Beach Studios! |

At very moderate rates of $58 per night (year round) you can enjoy your Caribbean dream vacation without missing comfort: The Studios have A/C, a comfortable King Bed, TV, small kitchenette, a private patio or balcony and a large communal pool. All is there for having a relaxing time, even if traveling on a low budget. The Blue Beach Studios are one of the best deals you can get on our island !! |

| This large communal pool of the Residence Blue Beach is at your disposal. There are also a few lounge chairs by the pool for sunbathing. At the pool and sun deck there is a very nice view of the Caribbean sea. |

These neat little vacation homes are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, perched on a small hill in the quiet Oyster Pond area, just 100 yards away from Captain Oliver's Restaurant and the marina. |
