The Blue Beach Studios are several Creole-style Bungalow units rented out very successfully by the same French owner & manager, Maryse, for almost a decade. The studios are in high demand with both, new and increasingly more return guests for the great value they offer for the low rate charged for already many years. The 4 Studios are located in the same, gated complex of "Residence Blue Beach" on the French side of Oyster Pond, at 100 yards from Captain Oliver's Marina. Three studios are on the upper floor with balcony and great view of the sea and the pool area, one studio is on the ground floor with terrace.

Rates are for 1 or 2 guests per studio, all taxes included!

Nightly Rate: $58.00 between
March 16 and December 14.
Nightly Rate: $63.00 in High Season (December 15 - March 15).
Rates are for 1 or 2 guests in a studio. Additional person: $10.00 per night. Children under age 6 free.
A $130.00 deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance is due on arrival day, in cash.
For cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival date cancellation fee of $130.00, i.e. no refund of the deposit.
There are 20-25 Bungalows in total at the Blue Beach Residence, of which Maryse rents out five units, all at the same very moderate rates. Three out of those studios are her very own units, and for two more studios she takes care of as manager. She and her family live nearby and will be very helpful if you need any assistance on site, or directions what to do and where to go on St. Martin and St. Maarten. |

Each balcony or patio has a dining table
and chairs to enjoy breakfast or dinner outside. The Studios on the 2nd floor provide a very nice view the ocean toward the Dutch side's Dawn Beach, and Oyster Bay Resort on the peninsula.

| These cozy, well equipped studios are ideal affordable vacation rentals for a couple or a family with one or two kids. Some units have an open loft space under the roof on the Mezzanine to sleep one or two additional guests (children). The Mezzanine is accessible by a ladder. |

At very moderate rates of $58/$63 per night you can enjoy your Caribbean dream vacation without missing comfort. The comfortable studios with A/C and King Bed have a lot of features, including access to a large shared pool & sun deck. All is there for having a relaxing time, even if traveling on a low budget. The Blue Beach Studios are one of the best deals you can get on our island ! |

The pictures on this web page show the newest Blue Beach Studio aside from the other 3 units that the owner Maryse rents out. Note that the size and amenities of all four studios are the same. The views are different though, depending if it's a unit on the 2nd floor with a balcony (and ocean view), or on ground floor with a patio and garden view. Also the decoration and furnishing is different and individually selected in each studio.

The Mezzanine under the roof sleeps two more guests (preferably children), thus making Blue Beach Studios a very moderately priced vacation rental for up to 4 guests. Linen and towels are provided, and maid service once per week and on departure day as well. You'll have to bring your own beach towels though, remember!

Each Studio has a private full bathroom offering a marble counter, single sink and mirror and a shower.
Bath towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels though!

Renters of the Blue Beach Studios have free access to the large communal pool at the Residence Blue Beach. There are also lounge chairs on the poolside sun deck for relaxing and sunbathing, as well as a poolside outdoor shower. |
The pool area offers a very nice view of the Caribbean sea and the new Lighthouse tower of Oyster Bay Resort. As to the building on the right side of the pool, this is a property in co-ownership. It needs to be fixed up and is currently not in use. |

The Blue Beach Residence is in a quiet, picturesque area located between Dawn Beach and Coralita Beach/Baie Lucas, with the natural harbor and the Marina in between.

The Studios are conveniently located to explore the nearby Captain Oliver's Marina and beaches. Several restaurants on Oyster Pond can be reached in convenient walking distance, others are only minutes away by car.

These cozy studios are situated in a small Creole-style bungalow community located in Oyster Pond near Captain Oliver's Marina. The neat little vacation homes are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, perched on a small hill in the quiet Oyster Pond area, just 100 yards away from Captain Oliver's Restaurant and the marina.

A few restaurants and local bars, such as "The Dinghy Dock" with its popular Happy Hour, as well as a grocery store, boutiques and boat excursions are within a couple of minutes walking distance away.
Blue Beach is also close to Dawn Beach, Coralita Bay, Le Galion and Orient Beach. Activities in the area include Jet ski, sailing, parasailing, diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, excursions, and fishing. For your entertainment at nighttime, the casino and discotheque of the Westin Resort is only a 5 minutes drive away.
