Simpson Bay Yacht Club

The Simpson Bay Yacht Club is conveniently located to many businesses and services that will make your vacation even more enjoyable: Restaurants, bars, casinos, ATM machines, and the business center are all reachable within minutes. A short 5 minutes walk will take you to Kim Sha Beach, a part of Simpson Bay Beach.

Both studios are real money savers! The low rental fee of Casa Barbara and Zelphina at the highly attractive Yacht Club grounds make it to a prime choice of visitors. Both studios are located on ground floor, directly on the waterfront of Simpson Bay Lagoon. You'll have your own private patio with stunning views of Simpson Bay Lagoon and the yachts going in and out.

The Yacht Club has many facilities to offer, such as several great swimming pools. One of it is a beautiful free form pool just next to the lagoon including a separate hot tub/Jacuzzi. Another large, rectangular pool has a kiddie pool integrated on one side. With renting Casa Barbara or Zelphina you are entitled to use these beautiful facilities, as well as the tennis courts, which are a few hundred yards from your studio.

Comfortable fully furnished Studio
on Simpson Bay Yacht Club

The air-conditioned studio has a Queen sized bed on one side, and a comfortable sitting area with chairs and a sofa on the other side. Furnishing is all new at Casa Barbara, a unit that is located in one of the newest buildings of the Yacht Club. It is a first floor condo that opens to your private patio facing directly the lagoon and providing wonderful views of the water, the boats and the yachts.

In the living room you'll also find cable TV and a VCR for your entertainment. The brand new modern kitchen adjoins the sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances from dish washer to full size refrigerator. Casa Barbara also provides a washer and dryer.

Casa Barbara is a fully furnished, air-conditioned studio that offers the following main amenities:

The new kitchen at Casa Barbara is equipped with a full size fridge with freezer, a modern oven/stove, a microwave, and dishwasher. All dinnerware and kitchenware are supplied so you can prepare your own meal easily.

• Casa Zelphina •

Casa Zelphina is a well kept, air-conditioned ground floor unit on the waterfront that comes fully furnished and nicely decorated. It has a fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove and all you need to prepare your own meals.

The patio opens to the lagoon and the boat's dock and is equipped with table & chairs, loungers and a barbecue grill. The patio is next to the boat's dock of Casa Zelphina, where you will find the owners' boat that gave the name to their studio 'Zelphina.'

The open floor plan studio has a Queen sized bed, a dining area to seat four guests, and a living area where you can entertain yourself by watching US TV channels or watching your VCR tapes.

You will appreciate this safe and quiet area, a gated community with 24/7 security. The business center is just around the corner, an easy walk if you need to make a phone call or access the Internet.

Casa Zelphina features a private, full bathroom with tub/shower.
