Terms & Payments
Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 to 4 people. Rates do not include taxes. A 30 % deposit is required to secure a reservation. Final payment is due prior to arrival. Payments can be made per check, wire or credit card payment. To protect the property against damage or loss, a refundable Security Deposit is required.

The Catalina Apartment is situated directly on the beach in Grand Case. This quaint Creole village is known for its fantastic dining choices and the sublime views over the bay to Creole Rock and the neighboring island of Anguilla.

Located in the center of Grand Case village, next to Escapade Restaurant, the Catalina Apartment is one of the few truly beachfront properties on the island, made available for rent at reasonable rates. Entirely renovated and refurbished in 2007, the two bedroom unit with two en-suite baths is a perfect Caribbean beachfront getaway for 1 or 2 couples.

The apartment Catalina is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of 2 air-conditioned King bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a combined living room with a seaside, modern kitchen completed by a beautiful large private balcony.

Catalina's beachfront balcony is furnished with two Teak dining tables that can be pulled together to make a large table. There are also Teak chairs and all tableware and dinnerware to nicely set up breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoying the spectacular direct view of the Caribbean sea and the beach of Grand Case.

The balcony is indeed the preferred spot of Catalina's guests, as you can spend all day watching the turquoise blue Caribbean sea, boats and yachts passing by or anchoring in the bay. The balcony also offers direct views of Creole Rock, Anguilla island, and gorgeous sunsets over the bay of Grand Case!

The large balcony sits literally above the beach and is the favorite spot of guests to enjoy the wonderful views.

The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances. There is a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, a toaster, all kitchen utensils, china, glass, crockery, pots and pans etc. for cooking in house.

The unit has also a washing machine.

The apartment is quite spacious (roughly 1,100 sq ft) , comfortable, stylish, has all the modern amenities and the view is absolutely spectacular! To add to your comfort, you'll have a private garage downstairs, so no hassle for parking. Downstairs is also the direct access to the white sandy beach.

Catalina Apartment is very well appointed and tastefully furnished. The unit has 3 TV sets with cable/Satellite, a DVD-player, stereo amenities, a telephone and safety deposit box. In the living room is also a sleeper sofa.

Bedroom #1

The air-conditioned Bedroom #1 comes with an en-suite bathroom with a very large sink and a shower. The Master bath has also a bath tub. Both bedrooms are also equipped with a small flat screen TV set.

Bedroom #2

The second bedroom at the Catalina Apartment is air-conditioned and also bedded with a King bed. The room opens to a little balcony overlooking the Boulevard de Grand Case. The bedroom has its private en-suite bathroom with a large sink and a very nicely tiled shower. Linen and towels are also available.

CHARMING GRAND CASE VILLAGE

Apartment Catalina is an easy walk away from the many excellent fine dining places in Grand Case. The fine restaurant "L'Escapade" is next door. A few yards further is well known "L'Auberge Gourmand" and the "Bistrot Caraibes".

For a casual beach bar restaurant there is Calmos Cafe, Zen-it, or the newly opened Bar, Lounge & Restaurant "Le Shore" (definitely recommendable!), or Sunset Cafe. A visit of the low-key "Lolo's" (open air BBQ eateries run by locals) is also recommendable. They are at footsteps from the apartment.

Grand Case also offers nice shopping. There are art galleries, boutiques for fashion, souvenirs and handicraft. Some water sport activities are available as well. All within an easy short walk from the Catalina!

The casual, laid-back Creole flair of Grand Case village provides a relaxing ambience, completed by a beautiful white, soft beach right in front of your door.
