Terms
Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 to 4 people. Rates do not include taxes. A 30 % deposit is required to secure a reservation. Final payment is due prior to arrival. Payments can be made per cheque, wire or credit card payment. To protect the property against damage or loss, a refundable Security Deposit is required.

APARTMENT "CATALINA"

Located in the heart of Grand Case village, next to Esplanade Restaurant, the Catalina Apartment is one of the few truly beachfront properties on the island, made available for rent at reasonable rates. Entirely refurbished in 2007, it features two bedrooms with King beds and two baths, suitable to sleep up to 4 guests.

A large balcony sits literally above the beach and is the favorite spot of guests to enjoy the wonderful views of the sea, the boats, and Anguilla.

The apartment Catalina is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 baths, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a modern kitchen and a large seaside balcony.

We have an on-island-manager to assist you with any questions or services you may need when you are here!

The living room

Catalina is well appointed and tastefully furnished. The unit has 3 TV sets with cable/Satellite, a DVD-player, stereo and CD-player. Wireless Internet access is provided free of charge (bring your laptop/notebook). Linen and towels are available.

size refrigerator, a microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, a toaster, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, crockery etc. for cooking in house.
