The Blue Beach Residence, home of the Coconut

The Coconut Apartment is located on the French side of Oyster Pond, East of the island and near the Dutch border. It is part of a Creole-style residential complex called "Blue Beach Residence" that comprises some 50 bungalows for residents and vacationers. Blue Beach is known for offering an excellent value to visitors who travel on a budget. The facilities offer great comfort at a great location: The Oyster Pond Marina at Captain Oliver's is just 100 yards down the road. Secluded and quiet Coralita Beach is a short walk away (approx. 400 yards), and popular Dawn Beach is only a 2 minutes drive away. The Coconut apartment provides all you'll need for a relaxed vacation: an air-conditioned unit, a King sized bed, a private balcony with ocean view, a very large communal pool, and more!

The Coconut offers a great value at affordable rates. Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment features a King size bedroom and a living room, both with A/C, a fully equipped kitchenette, flat panel TV and a nice private balcony that overlooks the Marina and the Caribbean sea towards Dawn Beach.

The Oyster Pond area is the right spot for people who look for a quiet, picturesque area, with no crowds and no traffic that you find elsewhere on the island. Still, in the same quiet, residential neighborhood, there is all in proximity to cover your daily needs: grocery stores, a small supermarket, an art gallery, beauty salon, laundry service, a few local bars, restaurants, and a pizza place. At the dock of Captain Oliver's Marina you can sign up for boat excursions to Pinel Island, or Tintamarre, or for the daily ferry boats to visit famous St. Barth's for a day.

Coconut Apartment is a charming, and neat one-bedroom apartment of 50 m² (540 ft²) of size, fully furnished and well equipped, catering to budget oriented travelers of St. Martin.

Terms
Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 people. Rates include all taxes and maid service once per week. A US$300 deposit is required to make a reservation. We accept checks, traveler's checks, wire transfers and PAYPAL. Final payment is due in cash on arrival. To protect our property against damage or loss, we require a refundable cash security deposit of US$300 on arrival.

The same owners of the Coconut Apartment also rent out the unit "Le Louisane" for budget travelers. It is located just 50 yards further down the road from the Coconut. Both units have the same, very attractive rates that make these vacation rentals affordable for a couple or a family. The two apartments can be booked together, making it a good option for 2 families or 2 couples traveling together and wanting to stay close to each other. See more infos here:
Apartment Le Louisiane

Since late 2007, the Blue Beach Residence has a new, large communal pool that is at your disposal when renting the Coconut Apartment. The pool is to be shared with only a few people.

Oyster Pond is a quiet, picturesque area located between Dawn Beach and Coralita Bay, with the Pond and the Marina in between. Captain Oliver's is known by many boating people as the marina is a popular shelter for mooring yachts and sailing boats.

The bedroom is equipped with a King sized bed, has A/C and ample of closet space. The full bathroom is separate and has a stall shower. Linen and towels are provided, and maid service once per week is included in the weekly rental fee.
