Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 people. Rates INCLUDE gov't tax. Extra person at additional charge. Max. 4 guests in the unit. A $300 deposit is required for a firm reservation. Full payment due in cash on arrival. A security deposit of $300 in cash requested on arrival to protect the property against damage/loss. It will be returned on your departure, if all is ok in the unit. |

| This quaint vacation home is set amidst the lush Caribbean gardens of the Blue Beach complex that is perched on a small hill in the quiet Oyster Pond community, next to the nature reserve and very conveniently located to Captain Oliver's. The Coconut is close to Dawn Beach (3 min. drive) and within walking distance to secluded Coralita Beach. For shopping and entertainment, St. Maarten's capital Philipsburg is a 15 minutes drive away. Same distance to Orient Beach, the most popular beach on the island, always good to visit for a fun filled day on its magnificent white sand beach! |

Enjoy a fine view from this upper floor unit! The private balcony of the Coconut Apartment overlooks the gardens and pool area, Captain Oliver's Marina, Oyster Bay Resort and the sea beyond. The balcony is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a charcoal BBQ grill.
The Coconut apartment provides all you'll need for a relaxed vacation in a tropical setting: air-conditioning throughout, a King sized bedroom, personal safe, a living room and fully equipped kitchenette, Satellite TV, free Internet, a private balcony with ocean view, a very large communal pool, and more!

The living room leads out to your private balcony where you can enjoy the lovely view over the gardens, the pool and the Caribbean sea towards Captain Oliver's Marina, Oyster Bay Resort, Dawn Beach and St. Barth's.

The bedroom is bedded with a King size bed,
has A/C and a large double closet with mirror sliding panels. The full bathroom is private, in a separate room accessed from the living room.

Apartment Coconut comes with a private full bathroom with a single bowl sink, vanity, a mirror, hair-dryer, a WC and a walk-in shower.
Linens and bath towels are provided and changed once per week. Bare in mind that you'll have to bring your own beach towels though! Should you wish maid service, it can be arranged for by the owners upon your request and would be charged separately. |
This cozy apartment is an ideal, affordable vacation rental for one couple or for families with one or two children, who would sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room, whereas the parents enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom.

Tenants of the Coconut Apartment have free access to the beautiful large communal pool at the Blue Beach residence. The pool grants a great view over the Oyster Bay area towards the sea and St. Barth's.
Next to the pool is a sun deck with lounge chairs for quiet relaxation and sunbathing. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. All communal areas are set amidst very beautiful lush tropical gardens. |

The pool area overlooks the sea, a part of Oyster Bay Resort to the right, and the natural reserve of "Babbit Point" to the left (see hill in the picture to the left).
Guests at The Coconut can use the beautiful pool overlooking the sea. As only a few people have access, you rarely share the pool with other folks.

| Note that earlier in 2011, the fence around the pool was removed. As to the building with the pointed white roofs alongside the pool, this is a communal building which is currently not in use and awaits refurbishing. |

This cute apartment offers great value for your money! Amidst lush tropical landscape, in a quiet area of Oyster Pond next to the nature reserve of "Babbit Point", the Blue Beach complex improved significantly in the recent years. Since major renovations have been done, including the new blue roofs, the secured gate and the new pool & sun deck., this complex used by long term residents (mainly French nationals) and tourists alike is truly a nice place to stay! |

The Oyster Pond area is the right spot for people who look for a quiet, picturesque area between the sea and the Marina, with no crowd and no traffic that you find elsewhere on the island. Yet the main things for daily life are all in close proximity: grocery stores, a supermarket, an art gallery, beauty salon, a few local bars, a Casino, restaurants, a pizza place (popular "Mama Pizza"), boat excursions and water sports.
The Coconut Location: between the sea and the marina!
The Blue Beach complex is only 100 yards from Captain Oliver's Marina including a few restaurants & bars (e.g. "The Dinghy Dock" with its popular Happy Hour), a grocery store, boutiques, boat charters and excursions. The Coconut is close to Dawn Beach and Coralita Beach. For duty free shopping, Philipsburg is a 15 min drive away. Same distance to Orient Beach, the most popular beach on the island. Activities in the area include Jet ski, sailing, parasailing, diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, excursions and fishing. For your entertainment at nighttime, the casino of the Westin Resort is at a 5 min drive.
At the dock of Captain Oliver's Marina you can sign up for boat excursions to Pinel Island or Tintamarre, or for the daily ferry boats to visit famous St. Barth's for a day.

The Coconut is located on the French side of Oyster Pond in the apartment complex of "Residence Blue Beach". Its 20-25 Bungalows are easy to recognize by their blue roofs. The complex is fenced-in and has a code secured gate and parking. The location is in a quiet and scenic area on the East coast of St. Martin between  Dawn Beach and Coralita Beach. Great location between the Marina and the sea!

Dawn Beach is a 3 min drive from The Coconut!

Mr. Busby's is the most popular place for lunch on Dawn Beach. and known for great breakfasts and for their ribs, burgers and sandwiches for lunch. |
Coralita Beach is in walking distance from the Blue Beach Residence (400 yards). This secluded beach will be perfect for you if you look for a very quiet beach, which is also used for "au natural" sun bathing. Coralita is little visited and is not serviced.
 
Coralita Beach is usually very little visited, mostly by residents of the area.
Palm trees at the former Coralita Beach Hotel provide shade and a nice setting!
