Additional person: $10.00 per night. Children under age 6 free. Max. 4 guests. $130.00 deposit required to make reservation. Balance due on arrival day, in cash. For cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival date cancellation fee of $130.00, i.e. no refund of the deposit.

The two Apartments Coralita consist each of one bedroom, one bath, a living room with dining area and a full kitchen. The two apartments are apart from each other, separated by a pathway and the garden. Each unit has its own entrance and garden patio. The apartments are located on the lower level of a very large private villa, where the owners live. The villa features a beautiful large pool and terrace with magnificent ocean views. The pool & deck is at the disposal of all tenants at the property, and is occasionally used by the owner family, too. The same owner (Maryse) rents also two small studios at her villa.

Description Apartment Coralita "Blue"
This quaint apartment is the latest addition of Maryse to her various vacation rentals. The unit became available in March of 2009 when its before long term renters moved away. Maryse completely refurbished and remodeled this blue little pearl. All the paintwork is newly done and the light blue color coding of the walls fits harmoniously to the overall furnishing and accessories of the unit.
The blue Coralita Apartment consists of one air-conditioned bedroom with a King sized bed, a safe and a large closet. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a canvas-type curtain. The living room is quite spacious and features a dining area (seats 4) and sleeper sofa on one side, and a seating area on the other side.

There is Satellite TV with US and French channels, and FREE WiFi Internet access (bring your laptop).
On the way out to your own private garden patio, you'll find a complete kitchen with all you need for an easy cooking and dining in. To complete this attractive and low priced rental, there is a neat full bathroom with a shower at the entrance area.

The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped and has all the amenities for a relaxed Caribbean vacation, including air-conditioning and access to a large pool. Both apartments offer a fantastic value for as little as $58 per night. And one can honestly say that this is the best rental deal you can get on St. Martin!

In the nicely furnished and decorated large living room is a new dining table for 4 and a Queen size sleeper sofa on the left side, and another sitting area and chairs to watch TV on the other side of the room.

The Apartment Coralita "Blue" has a fully equipped kitchen including a gas oven, electric stove, microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and toaster. All cookware and dinnerware etc. are supplied, so you can easily prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner.

This charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is an affordable and cozy rental unit for the budget traveler. It is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with beautiful 180° ocean views of Coralita Bay (also called Baie Lucas), Le Galion (the bay which is next to famous Orient Beach), and of the islands of Pinel and Tintamarre.

The apartment is comfortable, well maintained and has all the amenities and appliances you'll need for an affordable relaxing Caribbean vacation, including air-conditioning. The French owners live on site in the same Villa, and will be around in case you'd need any help, for example for a rental car.

In the living room is a new full kitchen on one side, and a dining area and large fridge on the other side. There is also a comfortable Queen size sleeper couch to sleep 2 additional guests. A large TV set is set up in the adjoining air-conditioned bedroom. Since recently, Apartment Coralita also offers FREE WiFi-Internet access (bring your laptop) !

Coralita Apartment is located in the Oyster Pond area, on the French-Dutch border East of the island. Dining and entertainment places such as Captain Oliver's, the Oyster Pond Marina and Dawn Beach's Westin Resort & Casino are nearby.
The beach of Coralita Bay and Dawn Beach are within a few minutes drive. Orient Beach is 10 minutes by car, the French Gourmet Capital of Grand Case as well as the Dutch capital Philipsburg are each approx. a 15 minutes drive away. Lovers of an active beach life and water sports activities will love the short distance to Orient Bay for Jet skiing, sailing, parasailing, diving, horseback riding, fishing, excursions, the beach bars and restaurants, and much more.

ONE-BEDROOM STUDIOS "CHEZ MARYSE"

The same owner, Maryse, offers 2 adjoining one-bedroom studios, each at $55.00 per night for 1 or 2 guests. These two units are located at the same villa as the Apartments Coralita. Each of the 2 Studios features:

The 2 studios are next to each other and have direct access to the wonderful pool of the house, which is just a few steps away from the entrance of the studios. The studios are located on the same level as the terrace and the pool, whereas the Apartments Coralita are located down below the main area of the house. Maryse also rents out several bungalow studios for budget travelers. They are located less than a mile away at the Residence Blue Beach.
