Description

If you want a small and informal place in the sun, with the beach at your doorstep you will love this "humble" cottage. This little gem, in the middle of the village of Grand Case is perfect for two people who are looking for the basics that St Martin has to offer. The sea. . . the sun. . . the beach. . . a small village atmosphere. . . the best restaurants on the island. . . are footsteps away. The photo above shows the outdoor terrace, which is perfect for cocktails, dining and beach watching. The patio is shared with a twin cottage that can also be rented so that two couples can enjoy this treasure with lots of privacy. Grand Case Cottage has a very complete kitchen, bath with shower, and an airconditioned bedroom with beds that can be made up as twins or a king as you desire.

Walk on the mile long beach, stop at the beach bars, pick your lobster or ribs from the barbecue ladies in the middle of the beach, or pack your picnic lunch and enjoy the nearby beaches of Orient, Anse Marcel and Pinel Island.
