The same owners of the Coconut Apartment made the Hibiscus rental just recently, in summer of 2008 to accommodate the growing number of budget oriented travelers of St. Martin. Both, The Coconut and The Hibiscus apartment can be booked together making it a good option for two cost-conscious couples traveling together but seeking privacy for each.

Terms
Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 people. Rates include all taxes and maid service once per week. A US$300 deposit is required to make a reservation, preferably per PAYPAL. Final payment is due in cash on arrival. The $300 security deposit is refundable and required to protect our property against damage or loss.

The Hibiscus Apartment is the ground floor unit in above pictured Bungalow. The unit is of 50 m² (540 ft²) of size, is fully furnished and well equipped. It comes with a lovely private patio with garden view.

This cozy new vacation rental is ideal for a couple, and fits also for a family with one or two small children, looking for a low-key, family-type place to travel to St. Martin the frugal way.

The Oyster Pond area is the right spot for
people who look for a more remote,
picturesque area. Still in the same quiet
neighborhood, there is all in proximity to
cover your daily needs: grocery stores, a
supermarket, an art gallery, beauty salon,
laundry service, a few local bars, restaurants,
and a pizza place (popular "Mama Pizza").

The living room has air-conditioning and a sleeper sofa (approx. Queen size) to accommodate 2 additional guests in the apartment. This room is also equipped with a dining table for four, a flat screen Satellite TV (including US channels) and a DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchenette has 2 burner cook tops, a mini oven, microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary dinnerware, crockery and kitchen utensils to prepare your own meals. Since Nov. 2008, The Hibiscus has also LAN Internet connection!
