The Apartment La Plage is the latest acquisition of a French owner couple, who already rents out two other units successfully on Orient Bay. It took them half a year to completely renovate this 2nd floor condo. Everything was ripped out of the previous unit to make room for a new, modern design with lots of attention to details. The apartment is also newly painted in pleasant pastel gray, light blue and white color tones and modern amenities were installed to please you and make you feel comfortable at La Plage!

The living area on the main floor of the unit offers a seating area and a fully equipped new kitchen in the back. Further amenities include:

•  wide flat screen Satellite TV,
•  a mobile phone,
•  an iPod docking station,
•  stereo amenities,
•  a loft with a King bed and en-suite bathroom.
•  WiFi-Internet access is available throughout the condo. Just bring your laptop or notebook to use this free service!

La Plage has central air-conditioning in the living room & kitchen and the intimate bedroom upstairs. The refurbished living area is very comfortable with a new sofa, a coffee table etc. and a wide flat screen TV featuring French and a few US channels.

The accessories, decorative pieces and the light fixtures were hand-picked. Nothing is plain vanilla at La Plage!

The apartment La Plage is designed for hosting one couple. It offers one bedroom on the sleeper loft bedded with one King sized bed.

The living area leads out to the balcony, so you can sit out on the deck at the Teak dining table enjoying the weather. Or relax on the Teak recliner. Inside, in the corner of the living room is a wooden stairway to access the beautiful space on the loft where you'll find the quaint bedroom and bathroom.

Going upstairs into the bedroom...

A wooden flight of stairs in the living area takes you to the cozy bedroom upstairs on the Mezzanine.

Up here under the rafters, there is a new King sized bed, a dresser, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. The private en-suite bathroom at La Plage features a shower, tiled in white and blue mosaics, two sinks and vanities, as well as a hair-dryer and bath towels.

The King sized bedroom on the loft is a cute cozy space under the rafters. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. You will feel good in the warm and accommodating ambience of this room with wood panel flooring throughout. A perfect retreat for a couple. NEW! Since June 2011, there is also a small bed for a child available in this same bedroom.

The tastefully appointed sleeper loft is painted in white, including the beams, with accents in pastel blue. The accessories and fine linens match the soft colors to perfection. You can feel the sense of style in this room as you will in the other living areas at this lovingly renovated rental unit.
