For those travelers who want to be on one of the best beaches in the Caribbean - Orient Beach - and never have to drive, this beachfront vacation rental is ideal! The apartment, located on ground floor, is part of the creole style beachfront complex of "Caribbean Riviera". It consists of a King sized bedroom, a private bathroom, and an open concept large living room with kitchen opening to a covered garden patio fronting Orient Bay.

Completely renovated in August/September 2009, this well appointed beachfront apartment offers comfortable amenities including Air-conditioning, free WiFi Internet access, tasteful furnishing and fine terra cotta tiles throughout the entire unit.

The white leather sofa in the living room converts into a Queen size bed, if there is need to accommodate 1 or 2 additional guests at Le Cozi.

For your comfort, the Apartment Le Cozi has as air-conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room.
There is also a mobile phone, an iPod station, and a safety deposit box. Free WiFi-Internet access is available throughout the condo. Just bring your laptop or notebook with you, if you need to stay connected with family or business during your vacation on Orient Bay!

Le Cozi offers immaculate clean and modern accommodation for 2-4 people at very attractive introductory rates for the first season 2009/2010. The new French owners acquired the condo earlier in 2009 and selected the amenities and fine furniture with modern design, quality and comfort. The warm and welcoming interior is functional and well appointed with many practical amenities. The paintwork was refreshed or better said completely redone in a new green pastel tone in late summer of 2009. The owner couple lives on island and takes very well care for both, their property and their guests, and they will be around if you need any help.

The newly renovated modern kitchen adjoins the living area and is very well equipped with •  a full size refrigerator with freezer •  a ceramic glass hob with 4 cooktops •  an electric oven and a microwave •  a dishwasher •  a washing machine •  coffee maker, toaster & blender •  china, dinnerware, crockery, and all necessary kitchen utensils sufficiently supplied for 4 guests.

As soon as you enter the apartment Le Cozi, your bedroom will be on your right hand side, followed by the private full bathroom. The beautifully designed bedroom offers air-conditioning and is bedded with a new King size bed. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied at Le Cozi, and maid service is provided once per week or more often if required.

The private full bathroom features a stylish bowl sink, a large mosaic surrounded mirror and a very large walk-in shower with fine coral stone tiles and mosaics.

The Apartment Le Cozi is located on ground floor and is easily accessible for handicapped people, senior citizens or families with young children (and a stroller!). For those of you with young children in your party, it will be good to know that the pool at the residence is fenced-in by glass panels for child protection, and that the owners of Le Cozi can provide you with some useful toddler items if needed, including a baby bed, a crib or a cot, a high chair, toys and various other items for young children. Also parking is easy at Le Cozi, as there are two private parking lots right in front of the door reserved for tenants of the apartment.

From here you can walk to the beach that is just across the garden, or to Kakao Beach bar and the many other Orient Beach restaurants. Or take a turn to your right and you are at the large communal pool, also only 10 steps away from your door.

Go for a swim at the pool or at beautiful Orient Beach, take a sunbath, hang out at a beach bar, or do your favorite water sports. At Le Cozi, you will not need a car to do all this. All is available in front of your door! The condo is centrally located on Orient Bay and ideal for a relaxing week in total comfort. Enjoy the easy access to the beach, and all the comforts of home at Le Cozi!

The patio at Le Cozi is equipped with a Teak dining table and chairs for 4 guests and is surrounded by tropical plants, sea grapes and palms. You can see the sea through the lush vegetation and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves of Orient Bay on your private patio!

At the charming market square of Orient Village, called "La Place du Village", there are a few bars, restaurants, a pizza place and several shops. Usually on Friday nights, some activities are going on at the market square with live music, French chansons or Caribbean music, combined with a little street market featuring handicraft, local art, souvenirs and more.

Nearby places to go are the ferry station in French Cul-de-Sac for a "day off" at the tropical dream beach of Pinel Island. The Butterfly Farm at Le Galion is about the same 10 min. drive away, opposite direction. As to dining out, many of the finest restaurants of St. Martin are in Grand Case, also at 10 min. from Le Cozi.
