DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT LE COZI ON ORIENT BEACH
Le Cozi consists of one air-conditioned bedroom with a King bed, a private bathroom, and a very large open plan living room with kitchen opening to a covered garden patio fronting Orient Bay. The French owners equipped the condo with many new amenities and contemporary furniture. The warm and welcoming interior is very practical with many comfortable features. |

Walk to the beach in no time! The magnificent beach of Orient Bay is just just across the garden. Le Cozi's patio actually sits literally on the sand.

You can also walk to Orient Village to stock up on your groceries or for dinner at the open air restaurants set up around the picturesque market place, 100-150 yards away from Le Cozi.

You are only steps away from Orient beach with its many beach bars, restaurants and water sports.
Popular Kakao Beach bar is just across the garden gate, you can see its entrance from the patio.
If you turn to your right on the patio and walk 10 steps, you are at the large communal swimming pool of the Caribbean Riviera complex, which Le Cozi's guests can use free of charge.

| As the Apartment Le Cozi is on ground floor, it is easily accessible for handicapped people, senior citizens or families with young children (and a stroller!). For couples with young children, it will be good to know that the pool at the residence is fenced-in by glass panels for child protection, and that Le Cozi's owners have various useful items for toddlers available on request, e.g. a baby bed, a crib or a cot, a high chair and a number of toys. |

The living area features several coffee and side tables, a wide flat screen TV with French Satellite service and a multi zoning DVD-player. Le Cozi is designed for one couple. However there is space to sleep 1 or 2 additional guests, as the sofa in the living room converts to a Queen bed. |

As soon as you enter the apartment Le Cozi, your bedroom will be on your right hand side, followed by the private full bathroom. The beautifully designed bedroom offers air-conditioning and a new King sized bed. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied at Le Cozi. Cleaning on check-out day is provided by the owners. Maid service during your stay is available on request.

one side and a window to the entrance walkway to the other side.
The private full bathroom features a stylish porcelain bowl, a large mosaic framed mirror and a very large walk-in shower with fine coral stone tiles and mosaics.

Also parking is easy at Le Cozi, as there are two private parking lots right in front of the door reserved for tenants of the apartment.

The patio at Le Cozi is equipped with a Teak dining table for 4 guests and two new Teak recliners. Surrounded by tropical plants, sea grapes and palm trees, the patio is a lovely spot to relax. You can see the sea through the lush vegetation and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves of Orient Bay on your idyllic patio!

 Orient Beach on the Northern coast is the best serviced and most popular beach of French St. Martin. It is a sweeping curve of +2 mile of white sand beach, great for a swim, snorkeling, water sports or hanging out at one of the many beach bars lined up along the coastline.
Orient Beach is not not only famous for its section for naturists at the southern end at Club Orient . This beach offers fun for all people, families and children! For a fun filled day, Orient Bay has is all kinds of water sports, floating trampolines, banana boats, boat excursions, and much more! |

At the charming market square of Orient Village, called "La Place du Village", there are a few bars, restaurants, a pizza place and several shops. Usually on Friday nights, the market square gets more lively with live music, French chansons & Caribbean tunes along with a little street market.
Nearby places to go are the ferry station in French Cul-de-Sac for a "day off" at the tropical dream beach of Pinel Island. The Butterfly Farm at Le Galion is about the same 10 min. drive away, opposite direction. As to dining out, many of the finest restaurants of St. Martin are in Grand Case, also at 10 min. from Le Cozi. |
