Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 people. Additional person at extra charge. Rates include all taxes.
A $300 deposit is required for a firm reservation. Full payment is due in cash on arrival. To protect our property against damage or loss, we ask for a refundable security deposit of $300 in cash on arrival day. It will be returned on your departure, if all is ok in the unit.

The Apartment Le Louisiane is a new vacation rental at French Oyster Pond, also known as Oyster Bay, at 50 yards from Captain Oliver's Marina. It is located at the former "Le Louisiane Hotel", a complex that is nowadays converted into the "Colombus Hotel" on one side, and privately owned units on the other side. The property is within walking distance to the facilities, bars, restaurants, grocery store, the taxi boat to Dawn Beach, and the boat and sailing excursions at the Marina.

The caring owner family of Le Louisiane purchased and completely refurbished and renovated their poolside unit in 2007, and upgrade and maintain the unit on an ongoing basis since. The French owners live on island, nearby, and will be happy to assist you on site for any issue you may have once you are here. They invested a lot of time and money to make this new rental option at Oyster Pond both accommodating and attractively priced for budget travelers from Northamerica and Europe.

The apartment Le Louisiane was completely made over in 2007 and is very well kept by the caring owner family by constantly maintaining and upgrading the unit. For example, new in the aprtment since summer 2010 are the large refrigerator, a new coffee table, and: high speed Internet via Ethernet cable - just bring your laptop or notebook to hook up.

The open concept living room at Le Louisiane has a new sleeper sofa and a sitting area, Satellite TV and DVD player, and a dining area with a table for four. On the other side of the room are the cooking facilities. An air-condition unit is in both, the living room and the bedroom. The nicely refurbished and well appointed living room opens onto the garden patio with a dining area for 4 guests. This apartment is definitely a great place to stay at Oyster Pond, and a great deal on the vacation rental market of St. Martin!

The bedroom at Le Louisiane is now equipped with a new King bed (as of July 2010) that replaced the former twin beds. The bedroom features A/C, a large closet and a safety deposit box.

The full bathroom is separate from the bedroom, and has a stall shower and a hair-dryer.
