| The Apartment Le Louisiane is a new vacation rental at French Oyster Pond, at 50 yards from Captain Oliver's Marina. It is located at the former "Le Louisiane Hotel", a complex that is nowadays converted into the "Colombus Hotel" on one side, and privately owned units on the other side. The property is within walking distance to the facilities, bars, restaurants, grocery store, the taxi boat to Dawn Beach, and the boat and sailing excursions at the Marina. |
The caring owner family of Le Louisiane completely refurbished and renovated their poolside unit in 2007, and put it on the rental market just about a year ago. Le Louisiane is the first unit available for vacation rentals in this complex. The French owners live on island, nearby, and will be happy to assist you on site for any issue you may have once you are here. They invested a lot of time and money to make this new rental option at Oyster Pond both comfortable, accommodating and attractively priced for budget travelers from Northamerica and Europe. Most of the equipment and furniture at Le Louisiane are new, such as the A/C units, kitchen appliances, the living room furniture and bedding.

The open concept living room at Le Louisiane has a new sleeper sofa and a sitting area, Satellite TV and DVD player, and a dining area with a table for four. On the other side of the room are the cooking facilities. An air-condition unit is in both, the living room and the bedroom. The nicely refurbished and well appointed living room opens onto the balcony with a dining area for 4 guests. |

| The cooking facilities include 2 electric cook tops, a mini oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary dinnerware, crockery and kitchen utensils for preparing your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. |

Terms
Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 people. Rates include government tax. A US$300 security deposit is required to make a reservation, preferably per check. Full payment is due in cash on arrival. The $300 security deposit is required to protect our property against damage or loss. It will be returned on your departure, if all is ok in the unit. |

This quaint and clean apartment is an affordable vacation rental for a couple, or for a family with one or two children. It offers all amenities from A/C in the living room and in the bedroom, to cooking facilities, a private balcony and a large fresh water pool at reasonable rates year round.

 Le Louisiane Apartment is located next to the Colombus Hotel at Oyster Pond, within a small residential complex. The facilities are 50 yards away from Oyster Pond Marina at Captain Oliver's. You can take an easy walk to a few restaurants, local bars, a grocery store, and other facilities situated at the Marina. There are also boat excursions, sailing boats and the ferry to St. Barth's that leave from the dock at Captain Olivers. The apartment is close to Dawn Beach (2 min. drive) and within walking distance to the beautiful and quiet beach of Coralita. For shopping and entertainment, the Dutch side capital Philipsburg is a 10 minutes drive away. Same distance to the opposite direction to Orient Beach, if you are up to having a fun filled day at the most popular beach on the island.
Note that a car rental is highly recommended, as there is no regular public transportation for tourists on the island!
