| Studios Sun Caraibes on Orient Bay |
This charming villa-style property in U-shape consists of a main apartment in the middle, which is the home of the French owners, and 4 separate rental studios that are set alongside the pool. The collection of 4 rental unis is a good choice for cost-conscious vacationers of the Orient Bay area. The large pool and sunny terrace in the center of the property is the best spot for some lazy pool days or sun tanning, unless they are relaxing on their own patio or having a BBQ at the BBQ pavilion, or are out on Orient beach. |

| Sun Caraibes features several outside seating areas for all guests, as well as a BBQ pavilion at the entrance of the property that also includes a covered dining area. Studio Bleu and Studio Jaune sleep 2 guests in a King sized bed each, whereas Studio Orange and Studio Pinel can accommodate up to 4 guests. All studios have a small dining area inside and outside on the porch, a fully equipped kitchenette, air-conditioning, satellite TV, and a safe. |

| STUDIO PINEL (for 2-4 guests) |
Studio Pinel is located on the 2nd floor, facing the front side of the complex. It is the favorite studio of our (American) guests, as it is the largest unit and it comes with a spacious covered terrace/balcony. Studio Pinel has also a larger, better equipped kitchen and living room than the other studios. Studio Pinel features a King bed and a pull-out sleeper couch to accommodate a total of four.
As all studios, Studio Pinel has A/C,
satellite TV, a safe, an inside dining area and one full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker and a toaster.

Studio Orange is a little different to the other studios as it comes with a 2nd bedroom on the Mezzanine or sleeper loft. The air-conditioned unit features a King sized on the main level, and a King bed (2 twin beds) on the loft, thus can comfortably accommodate 4 people or a small family. Studio Orange has no patio towards the pool, but a party tent-style quiet patio to the rear of the building, set amidst the tropical garden and near the entrance of the unit. Studio Orange features also an inside dining area, a new flat panel satellite TV, a safe and a full bathroom with shower. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, 2 electric and 2 gas cooktops, a microwave, mini oven, a coffee maker and toaster.

Studio Jaune (means "Yellow") is located on the left side of the building, to the front opposite of Studio Pinel. It is a well equipped, affordable studio for the frugal traveler of Orient Bay and comes with all amenities for a comfortable stay: there is air-conditioning, a King sized bed, a bathroom with a shower, satellite TV, and a safe. In the fully equipped kitchenette is a refrigerator, a microwave, 2 electric and 2 gas cook tops, a coffee maker and a toaster. The unit provides also a porch with a dining table that overlooks the pool. Studio Jaune is designed for a single traveler or for one couple.

Studio Bleu adjoins Studio Jaune in the left wing of the building. It sleeps 2 guests in a King sized bed and is a good choice for budget-minded travelers.
Same as the other studios at Sun Caraibes, Studio Bleu has a small dining area inside and outside on the porch, a fully equipped kitchenette, air-conditioning, satellite TV, and a safe. The cooking facilities include a refrigerator, a microwave, 2 electric and 2 gas cook tops, a coffee maker and a toaster.
Studio Bleu is suitable for 1 or 2 guests.
