APARTMENT TOPAZI  | DESCRIPTION

This 2nd floor condo is a great new choice for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children looking for a neat & clean, modern rental for vacationing on Orient Bay very close to the beach.

Topazi has been renovated and remodeled by the French owners in spring of 2011 giving the unit an appealing new look. The old vibrant pink walls are gone, and many other items in the apartment have been replaced - coffee table, curtains, linens, decoration, patio furniture on the balcony, and more!

in the bedroom and in the living room
including the mezzanine. The living area
features a sofa, coffee table and a flat
screen cable TV with French & US channels.

There is also a mobile phone, and an iPod docking station, and WiFi-Internet access is available throughout the condo. Just bring your laptop or notebook to connect!

The balcony adjoins the living room and overlooks the lush gardens and the communal pool at the complex. There are a couple of lounge chairs for your relaxation, and a dining table to enjoy breakfast or snacks and drinks outside on the deck.

The interior is very well equipped with many practical modern amenities. With the sleeper loft in the rafters, the condo is suitable for 2 to 4 guests. The main features consist of:

The unit is tiled throughout with beautiful Mexican tiles and since the remodeling and repainting of The Topazi in spring of 2011 the interior features a very pleasant color scheme that fits to the flooring.

All walls are now in calm pastel grey, beige or white. Combined with the refined decoration, comfortable amenities and many neat details, the renovations of 2011 resulted in a wonderful improvement of the apartment.

The new kitchen, until beginning of the year in vibrant pink color, was recently newly painted, now in soft grey pastel and white. Also some wooden shelves were added. Details include:

•  an European size refrigerator
•  2 ceramic glass cooktops
•  a microwave
•  coffee maker, toaster & blender
•  glasses, china, dinnerware, crockery and
•  all necessary kitchen utensils
•  A washer is also available (in the bathroom)

As soon as you enter the Apartment Topazi, the bedroom will be on your left hand side. This charmingly decorated room is now painted in soft grey and white, and also got some new decoration and fine French linens. The bedroom is air-conditioned and bedded with a King sized bed.

	Repainted and redecorated in spring of 2011, the bedroom was also equipped with new fine linens. The French writing on the sheets talks about sleep and dreams....
You will feel very comfortable in your charming and elegantly designed room!

The en-suite full bathroom offers double sinks, a stall shower, a large mirror and a full supply of towels. Beach towels are there as well. In the bathroom is also the washing machine for the convenience of guests.

A wooden stairway in the living area takes you to the cute Mezzanine, which is an open sleeper loft equipped with a Queen size mattress to sleep a young couple or 1 or 2 children. On the loft, there is also a shelf and storage space for some personal belongings for those guests who like to sleep in the cozy space in the rafters.

Along with the main bedroom and the living areas, Topazi offers neat and clean, modern accommodation for 2-4 people, and it is offered at very reasonable rates!
