Apartment Topazi
This 2nd floor condo is a great new option for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children looking for a spotless, clean, modern rental for vacationing on Orient Bay very close to the beach.
Topazi has been completely renovated and redesigned by the French owners in 2009 giving the unit an entirely new look! |
The Apartment Topazi has as air-conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room including the mezzanine. The living area features a sofa, coffee table and a flat screen cable TV with French and US channels.
There is also a mobile phone, an iPod station. and a safety deposit box. WiFi-Internet access is available throughout the condo. Just bring your laptop or notebook with you, if you need to stay connected with family or business! |
The interior is functional and well equipped with many practical modern amenities. The condo is suitable to host 2 to 4 guests and consists of:
• fully equipped kitchen
• bathroom with shower
• bedroom with a King bed
• mezzanine / open loft
with a Queen mattress
• seating area
• inside dining area and
• a balcony with a dining table overlooking the gardens and the communal pool at the complex.

Topazi offers immaculate clean and modern accommodation for 2-4 people at very reasonable rates. All furniture, equipment and appliances are new as of 09/2009. The unit is tiled throughout with beautiful Mexican tiles. Individual color accents have only been put in the pink kitchen and on Mezzanine. The condo features otherwise calm light pastel tones, combined with refined decoration and comfortable amenities. |

| The Apartment Topazi is located on the 2nd floor in a small residential townhouse-style complex by the same name "Topazi". It is within the gated community of
Orient Bay - less than 200 yards behind popular "Waikiki Beach", a section of St. Martin's most famous beach of Orient Bay . It'll take you a 2-3 minutes walk on a pathway through gardens to reach the beautiful white sand beach. For a swim, sunbathing, hanging out at a beach bar, or for water sports, such as parasailing, jet skiing or sailing! |
As soon as you enter the Apartment Topazi, the bedroom will be on your left hand side. This elegantly designed room in pastel gray blue is air-conditioned and bedded with a King size bed.

A wooden flight of stairs in the living area takes you to the cute Mezzanine, which is an open sleeper loft equipped with a Queen size mattress to sleep a young couple or 1 or 2 children.
On the loft, there is also a shelf and storage space for some personal belongings that you may bring during your vacation on St. Martin.

Location & Surroundings of Topazi
The Topazi condo is located in the small residential complex by the same name of "Residence Topazi". The complex of some 15 two-story townhouse style buildings is within the gated community of Orient Bay, approx. 150 yards further down the road from well known Esmeralda Resort.
"Waikiki" is less than 200 yards away!
Orient Beach, probably the most famous beach in the Caribbean, is not not only known for its nude beach section! It also offers lots of fun & entertainment for children and adults alike, beach bars, good restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Condo Topazi at Orient Bay!
 Orient Beach on the Northern coast is the best serviced and most popular beach of French St. Martin. It is a +2 mile long white sand beach, great for a swim, to hang out at one of the many beach bars, or to enjoy water sports.
The popular beach spot at "Waikiki", at the western section of Orient Beach, is less than 200 yards from the Topazi condo and is easy to reach on a shortcut/ pathway through the gardens at the condo complex.
Tenants of the Topazi have access to the shared swimming pool, set amidst the lush gardens and palm trees in the center of the complex.
More than 2 miles of white powdery sand await you on Orient Beach!

If you are up to exploring other close by areas than Orient Bay and Orient Village, the ferry boat in French Cul-de-Sac that takes you to the tropical dream beach of Pinel Island is a 10 minutes drive away. The Butterfly farm at Le Galion is about the same distance, opposite direction.As to dining, many of the finest restaurants of St. Martin are in Grand Case. This quaint, laid-back Caribbean village is also within a 10 minutes drive from the Apartment Topazi. Add more 10 minutes, and you are in the French capital of Marigot for shopping, the waterfront street market or sightseeing. |
