It is located at Palm Beach Condos, an intimate and well designed gated community of only 24 units. The Barefoot unit is facing the beach and has access to the shared pool lying to the right, on the other side of the condo. |

The Barefoot Condo has all the amenities one would desire including maid service 4 days per week, a very well equipped living room with modern amenities from sound surround system to high speed Internet. There is a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything new and ready for your use, 2 deluxe bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, privacy shutters in all rooms. All of this is on ground level beachfront and within an easy walk from the pool!

The Barefoot at Palm Beach Condos is located on the southwest side of St. Maarten between well known Mary's Boon Plantation (Restaurant & Hotel) and the Horny Toad Guesthouse.
One of the best things to do in the immediate neighborhood is to go for lunch at the Mary's Boon. You can walk over on the beach; it's less than 100 yards away and offers one of the best beach locations of all restaurants on the island! The Barefoot Condo is conveniently located to other white sand beaches (Maho Beach, Mullet Bay, Long Bay, Cupecoy). Water sports, restaurants and bars, duty-free shopping, grocery stores, casinos, and night life are within a few minutes drive. |

When you stay at the Barefoot Condo, a must see is the Sunset beach bar on Maho Beach (5 min away by car) for the thrill of watching airplanes landing and departing just a few yards above your head! Also a great spot for sunset! The Maho Plaza in the same area is also good for shopping, groceries, a pharmacy and a range of other boutiques and excellent restaurants as well as night entertainment. Unless you end up at one of the numerous places in the Simpson Bay area, which is about the same distance away from the Condo, opposite direction...
