All rates quoted in US Dollars and based on 1-2 people in a Studio, 2-4 people in a 1-Bedroom unit, and 4-6 people in the 2-Bedroom-Loft. Rates are subject to 4% tax. To secure a booking at Bleu Emeraude, a credit
card guarantee is required (VISA, Master Card). The balance is due on arrival day.
Bleu Emeraude does accept payments per Credit Card !

Each rental unit at  the Bleu Emeraude (or "Blue Emerald"
in English) is fully furnished and decorated in modern
style in a predominantly white, blue turquoise color
scheme. The superb loft on the top floor is the
exception. It is furnished and decorated in white
with vibrant accents in red such as some chairs
and accessories.

The size and location of the apartments and studios in the 3-story-building vary depending room category.
Bleu Emeraude offers 11 rental units in total:

4 STUDIOS of approx. 31 sqm (332 sqf) of size, of which two are located on ground floor, and two on 2nd floor.

6 APARTMENTS with 1 bedroom/1 bath
of  55 sqm (592 sqf). On each floor there are two 1-bedroom apartments.

1 LOFT APARTMENT with 2 bedrooms/2 bath of 86 sqm (926 sqf) located on the top 3rd floor of Bleu Emeraude.

The studios on the 1st and 2nd floor feature a living area on one side, and Queen size bed on the other side. In the same room is a flat panel TV, a dining area for 4 guests, and a functional and very well equipped kitchen.

Bleu Emeraude provides 6 new waterfront 1 bedroom/1 bath apartments located at the southern end of Grand Case Beach. All units were designed to enjoy the fantastic view of the bay of Grand Case.

Designed in a contemporary style the apartments are fully equipped to please modern elite traveler. For your carefree stay, fine linens and quality towels and beach towels are supplied, and daily housekeeping is provided making sure that the apartments remain immaculate and in perfect shape!

The 6 apartments at Bleu Emeraude are larger than the studios and offer more comfort. They are about 55 sqm of size and come with an air-conditioned living room, separate King size bedroom with A/C, and an adjoining bathroom. In the apartments, flat satellite TV sets are installed in both, the living room and in the bedroom. Each floor of the 3-story-Emeraude building, holds two apartments. All front the beach.

Same as the studios, the 1-bedroom-apartments at Bleu Emeraude are furnished and decorated in a modern, contemporary style in mainly white and blue colors reflecting the color scheme of the Caribbean sea right in front of the rooms. This fresh design and "modern feel" is kind of unique in Grand Case.  The contemporary ambiance at Bleu Emeraude was selected to help make your stay a wonderful, carefree and relaxing experience!

The living room of each apartment comprises a high quality Queen size sofa bed, split level A/C, a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, a dining area for 4 guests, and the kitchen in the back of the room. The apartments also offer a safe deposit box, and -against a small fee- high speed WiFi. All living rooms open directly to the beachside patio or balcony with unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea.

The Loft on the top floor of Bleu Emeraude features an extra large balcony equipped with 4 deck chairs and a small dining table. A perfect intimate retreat for sunbathing or celebrating a special moment during your vacation on St. Martin!

If there is need to accommodate one or two additional guests in the Loft (originally designed for 4 people), the sofa in the living room converts into a Queen size bed.

The light and airy 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment Loft on the top floor is definitely the most exciting and exceptional unit at Bleu Emeraude. The Loft has not only a generous size of 86 sqm and several foot high cathedral ceiling. It features also an extra large balcony/terrace running all along the front side of the unit.

The balcony feature a very intimate design and allows for private sunbathing on one of the quality lounge chairs provided by Bleu Emeraude. There is plenty of space to set up your romantic seaside dinner, or for having a champagne just the two of you to celebrate special moments of your vacation on St. Martin. And the views at this 3rd floor apartment are absolutely amazing encompassing the entire bay of Grand Case.

Bleu Emeraude provides a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. Dinnerware and kitchen utensils for 8 persons are provided to make your "cooking at home" as easy as possible. The kitchen has a Siemens dishwasher, and also a washing machine, although the maid comes in daily , though you shouldn't worry for your laundry....

The Loft at Bleu Emeraude features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and their private bathrooms. Both bedrooms face the sea and are located each at the different side of the living room respectively for a maximum of privacy if two couples travel in one party.

Bleu Emeraude does not have a restaurant on site, but can recommend you some very good places in nearby downtown Grand Case. "L'Auberge Gourmand" (French), "Le Spiga" (Italian), "Bistrot Caraibes" (French Caribbean), the casual beach bar restaurants of Calmos Cafe or Zen-it, the low-key "Lolo's" are only a few places to mention on a long list for dining in Grand Case.
