All rates quoted are in US Dollars and are based on 1-2 people in a Studio, 2-4 people in a 1-Bedroom unit and for 4 to 6 people in the 2-Bedroom-Loft. Rates are subject to 4% government tax.
To secure a booking at Bleu Emeraude, a credit card guarantee is required (VISA, Master Card). The balance of the rental fee is due on arrival day. Bleu Emeraude does accept payments per Credit Card ! |

Each rental unit at the Bleu Emeraude (or "Blue Emerald" in English) is fully furnished and decorated in modern style in a predominantly white, blue turquoise color scheme. The superb loft on the top floor is the exception. It is furnished and decorated in white with vibrant accents in red such as some chairs and accessories.
The size and location of the apartments and studios within the 3-story-building vary depending room category. Out of the 11 rental units, there are:

Each of the four studios has a size of 31 sqm and either a private beachside patio or a balcony for the 2nd floor studios. The studios consist of one main room that features a high quality Queen bed, a dining/living area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The room is comfortable and bright and provides a direct view of the Caribbean sea, Creole Rock (a great spot for snorkeling!) and the island of Anguilla in short distance at the horizon. For your comfort, each studio has air-conditioning and is equipped with a flat screen Satellite television, DVD player and a safe. High speed WiFi Internet is available against a nominal fee.
 
Modern furniture and tasteful decoration combined with the prime beachfront location will make for a great vacation experience at one of the immaculate Studios!

In the kitchen, there is a large refrigerator, an oven and stove (glass hob), a microwave, a Siemens dishwasher; and a washing machine. A good supply of kitchen utensils, dinnerware, china, crockery, coffee maker, toaster etc. are handy in all studios.

The 6 apartments at Bleu Emeraude are larger than the studios and offer more comfort. They are about 55 sqm of size and come with an air-conditioned living room, separate King size bedroom with A/C, and an adjoining bathroom. In the apartments, flat satellite TV sets are installed in both, the living room and in the bedroom. Each floor of the 3-story-Emeraude building, holds two apartments. All front the beach.
Same as the studios, the 1-bedroom-apartments at Bleu Emeraude are furnished and decorated in a modern, contemporary style in mainly white and blue colors reflecting the color scheme of the Caribbean sea right in front of the rooms. This fresh design and "modern feel" is kind of unique in Grand Case. The contemporary ambiance at Bleu Emeraude was selected to help make your stay a wonderful, carefree and relaxing experience!

The living room of each apartment comprises a high quality Queen size sofa bed, split level A/C, a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, a dining area for 4 guests, and the kitchen in the back of the room. The apartments also offer a safety deposit box, and -against a small fee- high speed WiFi. All living rooms open directly to the beachside patio or balcony with unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea.
The kitchen in the apartments has the same new quality appliances and equipment as the studios, but provides more supplies in fine glassware, china, crockery etc. Actually the kitchen is equipped for hosting up to six persons in the apartment unit.
