These two adjoining BoCo Studios are part of a large private waterfront villa rented out by the same owner lady under the name of Villa Casa Boco. They are located at the Southern tip of Simpson Bay on Burgeaux Bay, on the Dutch side of the island. Some people call this area of Sint Maarten "South of Simpson Bay", others refer to it as "Maho" for its proximity to Maho Beach. The area is locally also known as "Beacon Hill" (although there is no hill!) for the main road that passes through this residential neighborhood. The two BoCo Studios are only a few steps away from the beach, and there is a public walkway down the road that you can enter the beach from.

The very large terrace provides a sunny area with lounge chairs overlooking the Caribbean sea.

Each BoCo Studio features a covered patio with dining and seating area, a shaded place to have a snack, private dinner or a sun downer while watching one of the many unforgettable sunsets at Burgeaux Bay.

The BoCo Studios are a wonderful place for those people who look for affordable lodging on St. Maarten and a fun filled vacation on the island.

Both of the BoCo Waterfront Studios are located in the guest house of Casa Boco and are available as individual rental units. They are perfect for couples or singles looking for an escape from the ordinary. The studio rentals are complete with a small kitchenette, private bath, TV, telephone and a private waterfront patio.

The studio has comfortable amenities for a pleasant stay for a couple: namely the air-conditioning, private bathroom, cooking facilities, cable TV and telephone. Internet access is available on site for a small weekly fee.

• Pots, dishes and
• other necessities to make this a very comfortable complete studio apartment.

Each BoCo Studio comes with a recently renovated private bathroom with a stall shower and a large sink and mirror.

At the Boco Studios, you also have your own driveway and private entrance into your unit. You also have a door opening to a panoramic view of the sea and your own large patio furnished for dining and sunbathing. The two studios have full use of the large pool and 100 foot oceanfront terrace.

Each studio has also a small interior dining table with seating for a couple. There is also a charcoal barbecue grill on the pool deck if you should feel like eating in.

The 2nd BoCo Studio has the same size as Studio #1 and features the same amenities and waterfront patio. The large air-conditioned room is also equipped with a bed that can be made up as twins or a King.

A mini kitchen is in a corner so that you can make your own coffee, a good breakfast, lunch or blend your own Pina Coladas.

The Boco Studios are located on the Southern Dutch side of St. Maarten between the western end of Simpson Bay and Maho Beach. The area is known by the name of "Beacon Hill" named after the main road that passes through this residential neighborhood. The area is locally also known for its beach as "Burgeaux Bay". Some people consider it as South Simpson Bay, others refer to it as "Maho" as the entrance road to Burgeaux passes alongside Maho Beach.

When you stay at the Boco Studios, don't miss to go to the beach bars on Maho Beach for the thrill of watching airplanes landing and departing just above your head! This is also a great spot for watching sunset, especially at the popular hangout at Sunset Beach bar.

The Maho Plaza in the same area is also good for (duty free) shopping, groceries, a pharmacy and a range of shops, boutiques, and ATM's. A large choice of restaurants as well as bars, casinos and night entertainment (most known is "The Bliss") is there, too.

The busy "downtown" Simpson Bay area is a 5 minutes drive away. If you take the road to the opposite direction, heading West, you will pass through the prestigious community of Terres Basses/The French Lowlands and will be in the French capital of Marigot in about a 10 minutes ride.
