The Studio Cacao is a ground floor unit with a private patio including a dining table to enjoy eating outside. The studio does not have a view, is basic and small (approximately 30 m² or 322 ft² of size), but for little money it provides all you'll need for a comfortable stay: It features a Air-conditioning, a King bed, a private bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and flat panel TV with Antenna TV, and now also LAN Internet access! The beautiful new fresh water pool and the sun deck with lounge chairs of the Blue Beach complex are only a few steps away from the studio!

The air-conditioned Studio Cacao features a King bed made of 2 twin mattresses and a sleeper sofa that could accommodate 1 adult or 2 children as additional guests in the unit. The room is also equipped with a dining table, Antenna TV, a DVD-player, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The studio opens out to the little patio where you'll find a table and chairs for 2 people to enjoy sitting outside in a typical Caribbean environment.

Secluded and quiet Coralita Beach is a short walk away (approx. 400 yards). Near the same Coralita Beach, you'll also find a couple of restaurants, the Oyster Pond supermarket, Dona Bryhiel's Art Gallery, a beauty salon and hairdresser, as well as horseback riding at the Oceanna Ranch. All this is in walking distance from the Studio Cacao!

Location of the Studio Cacao
 The Studio Cacao is located within the "Residence Blue Beach", a residential complex of some 50 Bungalow apartments and studios used by both, long term residents (mainly French nationals), and as vacation rentals by the owners. The Blue Beach complex is very conveniently located to the Oyster Pond Marina at Captain Oliver's (100 yards away) offering restaurants, a few local bars, a grocery store, as well as boat excursions and the Dawn Beach water taxi leaving from the dock at Captain Olivers. The apartment is close to Dawn Beach (2 min. drive) and within walking distance to the beautiful beach of Coralita. For shopping and entertainment, the Dutch side capital Philipsburg is a 10 minutes drive away. Same distance to Orient Beach, if you are ready for a fun filled day at the most popular beach on the island. |
