| PAYMENTS: A 30% deposit per wire transfer, Western Union or Paypal is required to secure a booking. The balance is due in cash on arrival day. To secure the property against damage or loss, a security cash deposit is required on check-in that will be returned on check-out day, if no damage/loss occurred during your stay. |

The deluxe studio has approx. 430 sq ft or

m² of size, is tiled in white/beige throughout,
and opens to the ocean and Orient Beach
thanks to its private patio that is equipped
with Teak furniture with seating for 4 guests.

This very well kept and recently refurbished ground floor beachfront studio is located within the complex of the former Mt. Vernon Hotel, at the Northern end of Orient Bay. This section is the more quiet area of Orient Beach. An active beach life can be found by walking to the Eastern side of the beach towards Club Orient, our world famous naturist resort.

Our studio is situated in the first row of beachfront buildings at Mont Vernon in building "Anguilla". Its stunning oceanfront location offers gorgeous direct views of Orient Beach, the Caribbean sea and the neighboring islands of Pinel, Tintamarre, Green Cay and St. Barth's.

The studio was extensively renovated, refurbished and upgraded in the recent years, e.g. with a new deck/patio. There is a new A/C unit and a new washer in the studio, and it was newly painted in Jan. 2013. Caribbean Pearl is well kept, well equipped and designed to make it as nice and comfortable for guests as possible!

If you are not sitting on the seaside patio, inside the studio, a comfy seating area with a sofa and arm chair let you view the Caribbean sea in the comfort of an air-conditioned room!

The studio is quite large, and comes with air-conditioning, a King sized bed and a seating area with a sleeper sofa, a flat panel TV with US and French channels, a DVD + DIVX player (incl. USB), and a CD player. In addition, WiFi Internet is planned for Feb. 2013.
The room has a fantastic view! You'll love to sit on the private patio with its spectacular view of Orient Bay, whether it's for a drink, snack or dinner prepared at our fully equipped kitchen.

| The kitchen at the Caribbean Pearl Studio is new, and fully equipped including an electric stove with 4 ceramic glass cook tops, a microwave, a full size refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils. Glasses, china, pots & pans are supplied as well, and there is also a washing machine (new 01/2013!). |

| For your comfort, the studio has air-conditioning, a King size bed, and a large dresser/closet. The private full bathroom with a shower is in a separate room at the entrance area of the unit. |

When you leave your studio at Caribbean Pearl, take a short pathway down to Orient Beach. Have a swim there, go snorkeling or enjoy one of your favorite water sports. Or stroll along Orient Beach with its many beach bar restaurants, or walk over to Orient Village and its charming marketplace for a bite to eat.

The Mt. Vernon complex offers several communal facilities that are at your disposal with renting the Caribbean Pearl Studio, such as a very large freshwater swimming pool, shaded lounge areas with sun beds, parking and 24hrs security.

 Orient Beach is the most popular and most active beach of Saint Martin. It is also the best serviced beach on the island and the only beach with some public facilities, such as restrooms & showers. There is also public parking , which makes Orient Beach easily accessible. Orient Beach is also the best beach for water sports, beach bars and restaurants. A section of the beach is a nude beach, in the area of Club Orient, the Naturist Resort of St. Martin.
Within a 5 minutes walk is a supermarket, grocery store, pharmacy, French bakery and boutiques. A pizza place has recently opened on the compound of Mt. Vernon for dining in, or take-away your pizza with your favorite topping. |

Caribbean Pearl Studio is located in beachfront in the building "Anguilla" at the former Mt. Vernon Hotel, on the Northwestern end of Orient Bay on the French side of Saint Martin. This section of Orient Beach is the more quiet area, whereas an active beach life can be found by walking along the beach toward Club Orient on the Eastern end, a stroll of approx. 20 minutes. The nearest beach bar from Mt. Vernon is actually "Booboo Jam" (2 min), followed by popular "Waikiki Beach" (3 min).
 
Going for a swim, sailing, jet ski, or a ride on banana boat...
Orient Beach, the "St. Tropez of the Caribbean", is a beautiful 2+ mile curve of white sand beach, with many beach bars, shops, restaurants, and a variety of water sports. Have a swim, go snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, sailing, horseback riding on the coast, or simply enjoy a great day on the beach!

The Eastern section of the beach, near Club Orient, is dedicated to naturists, whereas to the center and the West (towards Mont Vernon), it's a typical family beach. Orient Beach is lined up with beach bars and restaurants. The marketplace at Orient Village offers also a nice choice of al fresco eateries. Another option for dining out is Grand Case (10 min. drive), a Creole village famous throughout the region for its excellent fine dining.
