Casa Yucca is situated on the same compound as the one-bedroom Casa Islaya and the designer Villa Agave, where the owner family lives. The villa lies above the apartment at this huge terraced hillside property, which is situated in an upscale and secluded area of prestigious French Terres Basses. The apartment has its own separate entrance, own private parking and offers complete privacy from the other areas of the huge property.
The apartment is located in a very quiet and secluded residential neighborhood of upscale private villas and homes. Yet, the three beautiful white sand beaches of Terres Basses are a only a 5 minutes drive away, and a short 10 min. drive will bring you to shopping, grocery stores and entertainment places of Maho on the Dutch side, or the French capital of Marigot.
The large private terrace at Casa Yucca is well quipped with a dining area seating 4 guests, and a lounge and sunbathing area with various lounge chairs. The terrace provides a wonderful view of Terres Basses, the mountains of St. Martin, the Simpson Bay Lagoon and a glimpse of the Caribbean sea of Plum Bay.

There are 2 bedrooms at Casa Yucca. Each is bedded with a Queen bed and has its uniquely designed en-suite bathroom with shower.

Both bedrooms feature a beautiful Tadelakt (special lime plaster), genuine Moroccan bed in Queen size, a closet and a one-of-a kind stylish en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #1 opens to the terrace, whereas the 2nd bedroom is to the rear of the apartment.

Both bathrooms are uniquely designed, well appointed and painted with very much love into details, such as the mosaic work, performed by a true artist who did this job!
