AquaMarina is built on 7 ½ acres of waterfront property on Simpson Bay Lagoon (Dutch side), and consists of two 9 story condominium towers and 19 luxurious villas. All units have breathtaking views of the lagoon and Caribbean Sea.
AquaMarina is set amongst tropical gardens lush with hibiscus, aloe, passion fruit, coconut palms, banana and papaya trees and other exotic flowers and fruits.
The facility includes a relaxing pool with sunbeds and integrated hot tub, and offers beautiful views. There are many more amenities on site, view details further down!

This one bedroom condo is on the 5th floor of a the new luxury building, in the tower called "St. Barth". It is ideal for a couple wanting to enjoy a romantic getaway in a beautiful and secure location.
The AquaMarina condo X-51 is finely appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and one full bath and one 1/2 bath. There are double sliding glass doors off of the bedroom and living room to the balconies which provide for a light filled unit. The balconies can be enjoyed all day long as they are sheltered from the afternoon sun and there are cooling tropical breezes. |

Situated on Simpson Bay Lagoon in the AquaMarina Community, the condo is 850 square feet (80 square meters) with 2 balconies and air- conditioning throughout.
Standard features in the condo include luxury Italian porcelain floors, marble bathroom countertops, granite kitchen countertops, Whirlpool and KitchenAid appliances in the kitchen and laundry room, air-conditioning in all rooms, and cable/satellite TV with approximately 100 channels.

Water Taxi
AquaMarina offers you the convenience of a quick and scenic trip through the Simpson Bay Lagoon on our water taxi. The water taxi will take you and your guests to the nearby destinations of:
- Marina Royale (French side) – enjoy a day of shopping in the boutiques and on the local market, or a relaxing breakfast or lunch. No cost.
- La Palapa (Dutch side) – enjoy breakfast or lunch in the Simpson Bay area (all within short walking distances). No cost.
- For a fee of $50 US per round trip the Captain will shuttle you to Mullet Bay Beach, Friar's Bay Beach and Happy Bay Beach.
- Water taxi hours are from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM (hours are subject to change according to season).
- Life vests and other safety equipment are available on board.
