All rates quoted are in US Dollars, per week and are based on 2 people per bedroom. Max. capacity: 4 guests. Rates are subject to 10% tax and service charges, which includes basic housekeeping once per week and cleaning on check-out day.
To secure a booking for Azura Condo, a 30% deposit is required. The balance is due one month prior to arrival day. Security deposit required (guarantee per credit card). |

Charming 2 bedroom rental in a refined Creole style!
This new, very charming 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental is situated on the 2nd floor of one of those quaint Creole styled villas for which Orient Village is well known for. The vibrant blue Gingerbread home is centrally located in the village, however set back from the main road and next to the nature reserve of Orient Bay.
Thus the Azura Condo is in a very quiet corner of the village with no road passing by.
Yet, it's a quick walk of only 100 yards to reach the market place with its restaurants, grocery store, and shops. Just 150 yards on foot to Orient Beach, so famous throughout the region for its fine white sand, crystal clear waters, and all its fun and entertainment, beach bars, restaurants, and water sports!
After a fun filled day on Orient Beach, the spacious private balcony at Azura Condo is the best spot to relax and cool off in the afternoon! It is quiet, overlooks the Nature Reserve and is well furnished with new patio furniture including a dining area for 4 guests.

The new owners paid utmost attention to quality and comfort in the condo. They also invested in major improvements, one of which are additional windows built into the roof. Numerous doors and windows in all rooms make the apartment bright, airy and comfortable to live in. |

The kitchen connects to the living area via the breakfast counter furnished with several bar stools. All necessary kitchen and cooking utensils are handy. The cooking area is small but the space is maximized to hold all essential appliances and kitchen tools.

is very nice, neat and clean, and well equipped including a washing machine as well as:

Azura Condo offers two bedrooms and two private bathrooms with a shower. Charming French doors in each room open to the balcony with a view over the garden and the nature reserve.

One bedroom at Azura is bedded with a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed.
Both beds are brand new and have quality mattresses and mattress pads. A safe deposit box is also available. |

You will certainly like the vaulted ceiling in both bedrooms. It provides such a nice feeling of more space and intimacy, just like sleeping in your own little cottage. Note that the Azura Condo was entirely renovated, newly furnished, bedded and decorated in the first months of 2011 before rentals started in April 2011. |

As to services at the villa, a more than sufficient supply of superior quality bath and beach towels, as well as fine European linens are provided. Basic housekeeping is offered once per week on a 7-nights rental, also cleaning of the condo on check-out day. Should you wish additional maid service during your stay, the owners will arrange for it (fee applies).

Azura Condo offers two private bathrooms. Both feature a fully tiled shower, a single sink, vanity, mirror and a hair dryer. There are two half bathrooms (toilets) separate from the bathrooms. The condo provides plenty of bath towels, and beach towels as well! |

Activities on Orient Beach:
Parasailing, jet ski, hobie cat (small catamaran), kayaks, sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing, diving, snorkeling, floating trampolines, banana boat rides, massages on the beach, horseback riding, swimming in crystal clear waters... and more.

The Safari (international cuisine), Le Piment (Pizzeria), Little Italy (fine Italian), Cote Plage (fine French), Thai Chi (Asian). Across the street there are a few more snack bars as well as a Häagen-Dazs ice cream parlor.
Orient Beach is not only famous for its clothing optional beach section at Club Orient. The beach is also perfect for entertaining children, families, couples and singles. There is a large variety of water sports, boat excursions to the small neighboring islands of Pinel and Tintamarre, and so much more to do!

Restaurants, grocery store, French bakery & deli, and shops centered around the charming marketplace of Orient Village are 100 yards away. The condo is off the last roundabout at Orient Village, at 100 yards from the marketplace.
Popular Orient Beach
 Orient Beach on the Northern coast of the island is the best serviced and most popular beach of St. Martin. It is a +2 mile white sand beach, great for a swim, snorkeling, water sports or entertaining at one of the many beach bars, snack bars, lounges and restaurants lined along the beach.

Walk to the marketplace at Orient Village to get your fresh French Baguette, pastries or to stock up on your grocery. Fetch your newspaper or souvenirs from the local shops. Or simply get your bag ready and head straight for the beach for a fun filled day on Orient Beach - at 150 yards from the condo!

There are also attractions and things to do near to Orient Bay: the ferry station in French Cul-de-Sac (10 min drive) for a "day off" on the tropical dream beach of  Pinel Island. The Butterfly Farm at Le Galion is about the same distance away, opposite direction. As to dining out, many of the finest restaurants of St. Martin are in Grand Case, also a quick distance of a 10 min. drive from Azura Condo. |
