TERMS
Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 people. Rates include a 5% government tax and one time maid service on departure day. A 30 % deposit is required to make a reservation. Payments are accepted per traveler checks, RIB, or wire transfer. Final payment is due in cash on arrival.

Mt. Vernon Beach Condo

The elegant condo has 860 ft2 or 80 m2, and consists of an open plan living room, and a separate bedroom with French double bed.

The air-conditioned living room features top quality, soft black leather sofas and a comfortable chair. The curtains in both rooms are of fine silk. In the living area is also a wide flat screen TV with French channels, and a CD-player.

The sliding doors exit to the large balcony (21sqf, or 20m2) overlooking Orient Bay.

The condo is air-conditioned, and spacious. It consists of two rooms - one bedroom, and one open plan living room with a modern kitchen. The total size of the condo is over 860 ft2 (80 m2). In addition, there is a large balcony of 215 ft2 (20 m2) to enjoy the incredible view from the balcony.

Down below the condo, only a few yards away, is the beautiful communal fresh water pool. It is one of the largest pools on the island, and it is clean and not crowded!

The condo is well equipped and elegantly appointed. The large balcony comes with a Teak dining table + chairs for 4 guests. The balcony allows a panoramic view of the entire Orient Bay, the islands of Pinel and Tintamare, and St. Barth's in the distance. Watching sunsets from the balcony is equally magnificent!

Our condo is elegant, very quiet, clean, and new! It is located in the safe, gated community with 24hrs security at former Mont Vernon Hotel.

Our unit is located on the Northwestern end of Orient Bay. This section of the 2+ mile long Orient Beach is the more quiet area, whereas more active beach life can be found by walking along the beach toward Club Orient on the Eastern end, which can be reached in approx. a 20 minutes walk.

Orient Beach is the most popular and most active beach of Saint Martin. It is also the best serviced beach on the island and the only beach with public facilities, such as restrooms. There is also plenty of public parking space, which makes Orient Beach easily accessible.Orient Beach is the best beach for water sports, beach bars and restaurants. A section of the beach is a nude beach, which is part of the Club Orient, the Naturist Resort of St. Martin.
