Rates are in US Dollars and are for up to 2 people. Add $25 per night for each additional person. Max. 4 people in the condo! Government tax/energy charge apply.
25% due 7 days after reservation, balance due 45 days prior to island arrival. Holiday Rentals: Balance due 60 days prior to island arrival. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required. Monthly rentals will require a $350 damage/utility deposit. Accepted payments: personal checks, wire tranfers, PayPal (including credit card payment, charges apply).
Once all funds are received, you will receive check-in instructions, map to the complex, and an info packet on suggested activities. 5 nights minimum stay required ! |

Description
This garden view, one bedroom condo is equipped up to US standards and is located only steps aways from Simpson Bay Beach, less than 85 feet off the water's edge, thus the name of the complex "Oceans' Edge Condos". The American owners take loving care of their units, and keep up the high standard by adding and upgrading constantly the interior. The kitchen will be completely renovated and equipped with new appliances by early December 2006. Combine an immaculate, modern apartment located on more than 2 miles of warm white sand and crystal clear waters. Located on Simpson Bay Beach on the Dutch side of the island, with no high-rise hotels, and no crowds, This owner operated, air-conditioned one bedroom, one bath condo features modern amenities and comfort, decorated in vibrant Caribbean decor with white marble tile floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meal preparations easy. With low rates the condo is an excellent choice for the budget/economy visitor or the extended stay visitor. The condo is available for both, short and for long term rent.
