Rates are in US Dollars and for up to 2 people per condo. $100 per week extra cost for use of Living Room Sleeper Sofa on a 2-guest rental. Add $25 per night for 3rd & 4th person. Max. 4 people per condo. Government tax/energy charge apply to above rates. 25% due 7 days after reservation, balance due 45 days prior to island arrival. Holiday Rentals: Balance due 60 days prior to island arrival. A refundable damage/loss deposit of $200 is required. Payments accepted per personal check, wire transfer or (credit card payment) per PayPal. Once all funds are received, you will receive check-in instructions, map to the complex, and an info packet on suggested activities. 5 nights minimum stay, and 7 nights minimum stay for the Holidays.

Located directly on Simpson Bay Beach on the Dutch side of the island, with no high-rise hotels, and no crowds, just the gentle sounds of the waves around you. Step outside your patio doors to your own beach. These two owner operated, air-conditioned one bedroom, one bath seaside condos feature modern amenities and comfort, decorated in vibrant Caribbean decor with white marble tile floors throughout.

The owners take loving care of the two units, and keep up the high standard by adding and upgrading constantly the interior, such as new King sized beds in both condos, new living room and patio furniture, a wide screen TV, and a completely renovated kitchen with Corian countertops and a dishwasher.

Both adjoining Ocean's Edge condos are equipped with answering machines to both telephones that allow, by the way, free local calls and free telephone calls back to the U.S. and Canada via VOIP. High speed satellite Internet connection is available as well!

The kitchens in both condos are fully equipped to make meal preparations easy. Even a romatic candle light dinner on the patio watching the awesome sunsets is possible! Or enjoy the exiting night life with casinos and entertainment, and dinner out at one of the many gourmet restaurants on the island!
