1 bedroom occupancy rate provides use of the entire villa and beachfront master bedroom; excludes use of the 2nd bedroom.

Sea Place is fully equipped and air-conditioned for your rest and relaxation. All amenities have been carefully put in place for your perfect comfort. A computer with high-speed internet access is available to guests including phone service which provides easy access for incoming and outgoing calls to the US. Weekly rental includes maid service 5 x per week.

Sea Place is a new oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath villa on the entire 2nd floor of a 3-story villa (La Siesta Residence) with spectacular views of the turquoise water of Simpson Bay, sea birds and passing ships, yachts and cruise ships. Relax and dine on your private covered veranda.

The large patio table seats 6 or snooze on the 4 recliners. When you’re ready for the sun and surf, 4 chaise lounges are beachfront for your personal use. A beautiful oceanfront shared pool is available!

The large kitchen is equipped with all amenities including washer/dryer, a full size refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, microwave, glass cook top and more.

The Gourmet kitchen adjoins the living room in an open concept plan with a large bar and breakfast counter toward the seating area of the living room.

Both bedrooms have pillow top mattresses and plush pillows. The master bedroom with king size bed is oceanfront; the guest room with a king size bed faces lush green trees.

A large supply of towels and beach
towels is available for you in the unit.
