- Rates are in US Dollars, per night and are for up to 2 people per bedroom.
- All Rates are subject to a 14% Government room tax and service charge.
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
- 5 night minimum stay year round.
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
1 bedroom occupancy rate provides use of the entire villa and beachfront master bedroom; excludes use of the 2nd bedroom.

Description Sea Place Villa @ La Siesta
Sea Place is a new oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath villa on the entire 2nd floor of a 3-story villa (La Siesta Residence) with spectacular views of turquoise water, sea birds and passing ships. Relax and dine on your private covered veranda.
The large patio table seats 6 or snooze on the 4 recliners. When you’re ready for the sun and surf, 4 chaise lounges are beachfront for your personal use. Shared pool available!

Sea Place is fully equipped and air conditioned for your rest and relaxation.
