The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach, St Maarten, is a prestigious development of 70 apartments with fine attention to detail and top-of-the-line amenities and finishes. Due to its unrivalled beach location, it is one of the finest, and newest residential addresses on St. Maarten. The unit H.6 at The Cliff is one of the few luxury apartments with two external terraces, available for rental directly from the owners.

Terms & Payment
Rates do not include 8% room tax. All rates quoted are for one or two persons sharing the same room with a maximum of two people per room (babes-in-arms excluded). Taxes and Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations with deposits paid will be honored at booked rate. An advance deposit is required to confirm a reservation. We feel the bedrooms and bathrooms are very important to our guests and are as much private living rooms as bedrooms, providing a perfect setting in which to totally unwind with a good book, listen to music, watch TV, enjoy a lengthy Jacuzzi bath or savor a leisurely shower.

Individually designed in a contemporary style the bedrooms are fully equipped with all the facilities expected by the modern traveler including room controlled central air, high speed internet access, flat screen TV with satellite service and DVD players, Bose AM-FM clock radios with CD players and iPod connections (a selection of CDs are placed in the room for your enjoyment), direct dial phones with voice mail and security safes.

Through the walk-in dressing areas the en-suite bathrooms have Jacuzzi baths with whimsical rubber ducks, walk-in showers, double basins, vanity mirrors, hairdryers, large bath towels
and exclusive bath products.

In unit H.6 at The Cliff at Cupecoy, each of the two master bedrooms are individually designed and decorated to give it a unique ‘feel’ and atmosphere. The bedrooms are equipped to the highest standard to help make your stay a wonderful and relaxing experience:

On opposite ends of the apartment, one of the two master bedrooms has a queen bed and the other two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. Both are light and spacious with the amenities of a luxury hotel including plush Euro-Top Marriott Beds with 250-count bed linens. One bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and the other a small terrace. From both the views on this 8th floor apartment across St. Maarten are spectacular overlooking Mullet Bay, the blue turquoise sea and the beach, the Golf Course and the hills of the island beyond.
