The Duplex on Orient Beach is located at the former Mont Vernon hotel complex on Orient Bay on the 2nd floor of the beachfront building called "Guadeloupe". Unlike the other much larger buildings at the complex, all named after Caribbean islands, "Guadeloupe" enjoys not only a direct view of Orient Beach, but also more privacy as this building is much smaller and has only two stories and only two units on each floor. Building "Guadeloupe" is situated above the beautiful Mt. Vernon pool area and has the shortest distance to the beach, just 50 yards away.

The Duplex features an extra large private balcony of 20 m² or 216 ft², very well furnished with a lounge and dining area, a BBQ grill and ceiling fans. The condo overlooks the beautiful pool area of the Mt. Vernon complex and entire Orient Bay and small islands beyond.

At daytime, also sunrise and sunsets are fantastic times at the Duplex for experiencing a wonderful vacation, sitting on the balcony and enjoying the scenic views over magnificent Orient Bay.

The Duplex on Orient Beach offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bath and the extra large balcony affords not only a wonderful view of Orient Beach and entire Orient Bay; it has also a direct view of St. Barths. The condo is on the very North end of Orient Beach, where it is more quiet but it's a very short walk to the restaurants and bars down at the beach.This unit has a quick beach access and a short drive to all other key locations on the island.

The interior of the 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo expands on comfortable living space of 80 m² or 862 ft² on two levels. The interior is very well furnished and decorated to maximize the living space for up to 6 guests. Extra wide sliding doors on two sides lead from the balcony, either back into the living room or into the kitchen area on the other side.

For your entertainment inside, there is wide screen TV, a stereo system with CD player and free high speed Internet throughout the unit.

Inside the Duplex, the corner seating area let you view the Caribbean sea in the comfort of several powerful ceiling fans in the living and kitchen area. Or watch TV on a wide flat screen that also features some US channels.

The Kitchen in the Duplex features:

•  induction oven + 4 cooktops
•  a dishwasher

•  a coffee maker, and Nespresso machine (new!)

On the main level is the living room and kitchen and dining areas, as well as two bedrooms and their bathrooms. Upstairs on the Mezzanine is a quaint sleeper loft with the third bedroom and bathroom.

The Duplex on Orient Beach offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms and their bathrooms are located on the main floor of the condo. The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located upstairs on the loft.

Bedroom #1 is located on the main level and offers a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is space in bedroom #1 to accommodate a baby or toddler. A baby crib or cot can be requested from the owner. If you need it, please make your request beforehand to allow that it will be put in place on time.

The Duplex offers very moderate weekly rates throughout the year. Affordable for such a prime location on Orient Bay!

Bedroom 1 has A/C, a Queen bed and en-suite bath

Bedroom #1 in the Duplex features:

•  a large closet and mirror
•  en-suite full bathroom w. shower

Bedroom #2 is located on the main level of the condo and offers:

•  Ceiling fan
•  A large closet
•  A safety deposit box
•  Private full bathroom
•  Shower, hair-dryer, towels, and some basic toiletries.

Note that on request the 2 single beds in this bedroom can be changed against a Queen bed.

Tastefully furnished and lovely parquet flooring

You will enjoy the warm and accommodating ambience of this room on the loft with fine parquet flooring throughout. This room is a perfect retreat for a couple!

Out of the three bedrooms, Bedroom #3 is actually the favorite bedroom of our guests! This Queen sized bedroom is situated upstairs on the loft.
