The deck on ground floor and access to the beach
The access to the beach is easy at Villa Blue Beach. The ground floor features a communal deck with a few stairs leading to the beach. There are also facilities to shower and rinse off, as well as a storage room for beach chairs and umbrellas made available to guests of Villa Blue Beach rental.

Enjoy the casual and relaxed Creole French ambiance in the village of Grand Case, well known throughout the Caribbean for its excellent fine dining. By the way, when renting one of the Villa Blue Beach apartments, you will not need a car rental. Everything in the village is within a short walking distance.

Terms & Payment
All rates quoted are in US Dollars per week and are based on 2 people per bedroom. Rates include government tax and maid service once per week on a 7-nights-rental. To secure a booking at Villa Blue Beach, a 30% deposit is required. The balance is due on arrival day.

Grand Case Villa Blue Beach is a new small beachfront apartment complex in Grand Case, completed in August 2009. The apartments are designed for repeat visitors of the island and lovers of Grand Case who are looking for alleviated comfort at a prime location: downtown Grand Case village and directly on the beach!
Only three of the six apartments at Villa Blue Beach are available for rent. Two of these fully furnished units are 2 bedrooms/2 baths (for 2 couples or a family). The third apartment is a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment on the top floor - a beautiful loft with gorgeous views - perfect for accommodating one couple.
All three units at GC Villa Blue Beach are beachfront and feature an extra large balcony overlooking the Caribbean sea towards Anguilla and Creole Rock!

GC Villa Blue Beach offers two identical apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a roomy beachfront balcony, a living area and fully equipped kitchen. Both apartments feature exactly the same amenities and furnishing. The only difference is that one of these units is on the 2nd floor, whereas the second 2-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Comfortable amenities at the extended living area on the balcony await you to watch boats and yachts anchored in the bay or passing by on their way to Anguilla, Tintamarre or Creole Rock. GC Villa Blue Beach is also a perfect place to watch the famous Heineken Regatta taking place every year in early March.

The 2nd bedroom is bedded with a set of twin beds. Otherwise the same decoration, linen and accessories as for bedroom 1 have been selected to furnish the 2nd bedroom in each apartment.

The very well equipped new kitchen adjoins the seating area in an open plan concept with large kitchen tops and all new appliances, including, a full size refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven with ceramic glass hob, dishwasher, an Italian coffee maker, a toaster and all you need to prepare and serve your dinner!

The 2nd bedroom is on the other side, off the living room. It can accommodate two children or a couple on two twin beds that can be pulled together.

| Villa Blue Beach is in close vicinity to some excellent gastronomic places in Grand Case. The popular fine restaurant "Le Cottage" is at a few steps just across the street. Well known "L'Auberge Gourmand" and the "Bistrot Caraibes" are close by, too. For a casual beach bar restaurant there is Calmos Cafe, Zen-it, or the Sunset Cafe. A visit of the low-key "Lolo's" ( open air BBQ eateries run by locals) are a short stroll away. Grand Case also offers nice shopping. There are art galleries, boutiques for fashion, souvenirs and handicraft. Some water sport activities are available as well. |
| The SeaWorld Explorer, the island's only semi-submarine (glass bottom boat) leaves almost daily from the pier in Grand Case for excursions to the reef of Creole Rock for its amazing underwater world.
