This fully furnished ground floor studio is located within a small gated residential complex at the Lagoon of Nettle Bay. It is a budget accommodation for cost-conscious travelers who can take advantage of the convenient location and the comfort of this unit offered at very competitive rates. Directly on the Simpson Bay Lagoon (French side), just across the street from the white sandy beach of Nettle Bay, a 5 minutes drive from Marigot, or to the nightlife of Maho in the opposite direction.

Studio Lagoon is centrally located between Marigot and Maho Bay

A large, fenced-in swimming pool (for child protection) is available for short and long term tenants of this Lagoon complex. Actually, the Studio Lagoon is situated right behind the pool. There are a few more communal facilities and services on site, such as 24h security, private parking and a snack bar by the pool. In walking distance (across the street) are a few bars & restaurants of Nettle Bay Beach, such as : Layla's, Ma Ti Beach and the Buccaneer. This studio is centrally located, close to the French capital Marigot, and close to the night life in Dutch Cupecoy and Maho.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LAGOON STUDIO

The air-conditioned studio is fully furnished with a Queen and a single bed, a large closet, A/C, and a safe.

Towels and linen are supplied, and maid service is provided once per week (included in the rental fee). The studio is a neat cozy getaway for budget oriented couples, or a family with 1 child.

The owner of this studio has an on-island-manager, who will be happy to assists you with any questions or services you may need once you are here!

The Lagoon Studio is a cozy little studio that offers privacy and a relaxed ambience. It is situated within "La Laguna Residence", a community that consists of three 2-story-buildings for a total of some 30 units, used for short and long term rent.

The Lagoon Studio consists of one room that is equipped with A/C, a Queen bed, a single bed (also used as sofa), a seating area and a large closet.

There is also a flat panel TV featuring French and US channels and a small entertainment unit with CD-player and radio. For your convenience, the studio was also equipped with a safety deposit box for your valuables.

The fully equipped kitchen is set-up "Antillean style", means outside on the covered patio. There, you'll also find a dining table with seating for 4 guests, a small sofa and some additional chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, mini-oven, 2 electric cooktops, a coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, crockery, etc. The dining table (for seating for 4 guests) is set up just next to the kitchen area, also on the covered garden view patio.

The use of the communal facilities is free, including the large fresh water swimming pool just in front of your patio, or the gated parking.

The Lagoon Studio is relatively large: 378 sqft (35 sqm). It is one of the few rental properties located on the French side of the Simpson Bay Lagoon. The studio is offered at very attractive low rates throughout the year, thus making a Caribbean vacation on St. Martin affordable also for travelers on a low budget!

The Lagoon Studio is just a few steps from the banks of Simpson Bay Lagoon. This is a very nice and quiet spot to perfectly enjoy the peaceful water views or a tranquil sunset.

The studio is centrally located in Nettle Bay, near to the beach, water sport, boat and car rentals, grocery store, French bakery, a supermarket, drugstore, beauty salon, post office and a few boutiques of the Nettle Bay strip mall (in walking distance). A 5 minutes drive will bring you to the French capital of Marigot for visiting the Creole street market , sightseeing, climb up to Fort Louis, enjoy duty free shopping, chic French designer ware and jewelry stores, casual or fine dining at one of the many restaurants in Marigot, or, or, or....
