All rates quoted are per week per Studio, in US Dollars and based on 1 or 2 people per Studio. Rates INCLUDE TAX. To secure a booking for the Studio a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due in cash on arrival day. |

Tenants of the studios have access to the beautiful seaside pool at the Mont Vernon complex, one of the largest free-form fresh water pools on St. Martin/St. Maarten. There are more communal facilities, such as tennis courts, 24h security and guarded parking.

| Description of Lena's Beach Studio |
Lena's Beach Studios are two new oceanfront studios on the 2nd floor at the former hotel complex of Mont Vernon on Orient Bay. The two adjoining (but not connecting) units enjoy a prime location at the first beachfront line of its building "Tortola". Both studios offer spectacular direct views of the turquoise water of Orient Bay, Pinel and Tintamarre Islands and the skyline of St. Barth's in the distance. Also sunrise and sunset are fantastic times at the studio to experience a wonderful vacation, sitting on your private balcony and watching the ever changing colors of the sky, the clouds and the blue Caribbean sea at Orient Bay. |

The two studios were completely renovated this year and are available for rent from the owners since Oct. 2009 at very attractive low introductory rates starting at $630 per week for a couple. Both units are exquisitely furnished and decorated in pastel blue, brown and white. The two rentals are nearly identical except of the fabrics for the curtains and sofa upholstery, and the coffee & dining tables - compare it on the pictures on this web display!
The new owners of the studios adorably redesigned the rooms and carefully selected only fine quality for the furnishing and equipment. Both of Lena's Beach Studios feature an exquisite white parquet floor throughout and precious corian kitchen and bathroom countertops.

Both Studios feature roughly 40 sqm of size plus a large private balcony. Each unit mainly consists of:
• One King bed and a large closet
• A seating area with Satellite TV
• A new split level Air-Conditioning unit
• A dining area inside
• A brand new deluxe kitchen
• A completely renovated bathroom and
• A private balcony with unobstructed direct views of Orient Beach, the Caribbean sea and neighboring islands.

a dining table for you to benefit most of the great view at lunch or dinner!
If you are not sitting on the seaside balcony, inside each luxurious studio, a comfy seating area with a sofa and arm chair let you view the Caribbean sea from your air-conditioned room. Or watch satellite TV on a flat screen TV. For your entertainment, a CD-player and stereo system are also provided in each of Lena's Beach Studios.
 
For those of you who need to stay connected to friends or the office during your vacation on Orient Bay, there is Internet access available at the reception area of the Mont Vernon complex (fees apply) .

There is space in each studio to accommodate up to 4 people. If you travel with children, a baby crib or a cot can be requested from the owners and can be installed in your unit. |

The French owner couple hired an on-island manager for their studio properties at Mount Vernon. If you need any assistance on site or some hints where to go or what to do, the manager will be there to help!
Fine quality was used throughout the studios.

used for the kitchen cabinets as for the
large closets. Linen, towels,
accessories
and decoration are of
fine
quality as well.

Additional services provided at Lena's Beach Studios include the possibility to make car rental and airport escort arrangements
through the owners and their manager.

Each studio features a completely new private full bathroom with a shower, a sink and large mirror. There is also a washing machine in each bath; a cloth rack is on the balcony.

Top quality materials have been used for the completely new and enlarged kitchen including precious corian countertops, a modern ceramic glass hob, and a kitchen range hood.

All in the kitchen is completely new as of Sept.2009. It is equipped with all amenities to prepare your meal for dining in including a full size refrigerator, freezer, microwave, ceramic glass cooktops and more.

For those of you who try to keep costs down for your trip to St. Martin without missing comfort and the immediate proximity of Orient Beach, we have a great new option for you! Check out one of our very affordable  Lena's Studios! They are in building "St. Kitts " at the same Mt. Vernon complex. As they do not have the fantastic view of Orient Bay, they are even lower priced and designed for the budget traveler.

LOCATION OF LENA'S BEACH STUDIOS |
Lena's Beach Studios are located beachfront in the building "Tortola" at the former Mt. Vernon Hotel, on the Northwestern end of Orient Bay on the French side of Saint Martin. This section of Orient Beach is the more quiet area, whereas an active beach life can be found by walking along the beach toward Club Orient on the Eastern end, a stroll of approx. 20 minutes. The nearest beach bar from Mt. Vernon is actually "Booboo Jam" (2 min), followed by popular "Waikiki Beach" (3 min).
 
Going for a swim, sailing, jet ski, or a ride on banana boat...
When you leave your studio, take one of the pathways at the Mt. Vernon complex that bring you down the beach. Orient Beach, the "St. Tropez of the Caribbean" is a beautiful 2+ mile curve of white sand beach, with many beach bars, shops, restaurants, and a variety of water sports. Have a swim, go snorkeling, parasailing, jetskiing, or sailing, or simply enjoy a great day on the beach!

The Eastern section of the beach, near Club Orient, is dedicated to naturists, whereas to the middle and to the West (towards Mont Vernon), it's a typical family beach. For having lunch or dinner, Orient Beach is lined up with beach bars and restaurants. Also, the marketplace at Orient Village offers a nice choice of various al fresco eateries. Another good option is to drive to nearby  Grand Case (10 min.), the French Creole village that is famous throughout the region for its excellent fine dining.
