DESCRIPTION OF LENA'S BEACH STUDIOS
Lena's Beach Studios are THREE oceanfront studios for rent from the same owners. All three units are located on the 2nd floor at the former hotel complex of Mont Vernon on Orient Bay. Each of these terraced apartment buildings is named after a Caribbean island. Two of Lena's Beach Studios are in the seaside building "Tortola" and the newest Studio is in beachfront building "Antigua". |

Each of the three Lena's Beach Studio offers a large private balcony equipped with a dining area. It allows unobstructed direct views of Orient Beach, the Caribbean sea and neighboring islands. All three studios offer absolutely spectacular views of the turquoise water of Orient Bay, Pinel and Tintamarre Islands and the hilly skyline of St. Barth's in the background. |

All three beautifully renovated Lena's Beach Studios feature roughly 40 m² or 430 ft² of interior size plus a large private balcony with dining area.
Main features of all Lena's Beach Studios consist of:
 One King bed, a large closet and safe box

An interior dining area and a sitting area with sleeper sofa
A flat screen TV and US channels (TNT TV)
DVD player, CD and stereo amenities
A study area/desk for your laptop etc. and

A new bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, and a washer

There is room in each studio to sleep one or two additional guests (children) on the sleeper sofa in the living area. If a toddler is traveling with you, you can request a baby crib from the owners and they will arrange for having it ready for you when you arrive. The living area in the studio opens out to the beachfront balcony with the dining area to take advantage of the stunning views during lunch or dinner. In addition, the studio also offers an interior dining area for a couple.

The newest studio, located in bldg. Antigua, was purchased in 2010; the owners extensively renovated and refurnished it throughout 2011. They didn't spare any cost. Only fine quality was selected, from white parquet flooring to corian countertops in the kitchen & bathroom, and fine European linens, towels and silk curtains.

Inside each luxurious studio, a comfy sitting area with a sofa and arm chair let you view the Caribbean sea in the comfort of your air-conditioned room that offers you TV with US channels, DVD, CD and stereo system for your entertainment.

The owners of Lena's Beach Studios adorably redesigned the room and carefully selected only quality in furnishing and finishing, such as the exquisite white parquet flooring, the precious corian kitchen and bathroom countertops or the blue silk curtains. A special charming touch was given to this new studio by its nautical decor accented by several original paintings - each reflects a boating theme in its very own way. |

| The kitchen is completely new and well equipped with all amenities to prepare your meal the easy way and enjoy a lovely dinner "at home". Quality materials and appliances have been used for the new kitchen, including sturdy quality corian countertops, a ceramic glass hob and a kitchen range hood. |

These two Studios were the first units of all  Lena's rentals at the Mont Vernon complex. The owners purchased them back in 2009, completely renovated and remodeled them extensively, and later on upgraded in 2010 and 2011 with WiFi Internet, TNT TV, electric shutters, DVD player. In 2012 both Studios were re-decorated, also with new sleeper sofas (not yet pictured).
The two Lena's Beach Studios are adjoining (but not connecting) studios on the 2nd floor. They enjoy a prime location in the first beachfront line in building "Tortola". These two units are Lena's most popular studios and continue to be in high demand since rentals started in 2009. Early booking is essential if you'd like to call this place yours, especially in high season weeks! |

Both air-conditioned Studios feature roughly 40 m² or 430 ft² of size plus the large private balcony. Exquisitely furnished and decorated in pastel blue, brown and white the two rentals are almost identical. Only some decorative details, fabrics, curtains and the coffee & dining tables vary.

Each studio comes with a comfy seating area with a sofa and arm chair that let you view the sea from your air-conditioned room. For your entertainment, there is a flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, stereo system, and -new!- also FREE WiFi Internet access. Just bring your laptop to use this free service!
Lena's Beach Studios feature an exquisite white parquet floor and precious corian kitchen and bathroom countertops. The very well kept units are for rent directly from the French owner couple at competitive rates starting at $650 per week per couple. The studios reflect the same sense of fine style and charm for which owner lady Martine is already known for in the Orient Bay rental community. She has currently 5 units in total for rent in various buildings at Mont Vernon.

Additional services provided by the owners and their manager include the possibility to make arrangements for your car rental. And a baby sitter can also be arranged for you, if requested in advance.

The owners work with an on-island manager for their properties at Mount Vernon. If you need any assistance on site or some hints where to go or what to do, the manager will be there to help! |

Tenants of the studios have access to the beautiful seaside pool at the Mont Vernon complex, one of the largest free-form fresh
water pools on St. Martin. Since the old poolside building was demolished in 2011, the views are even better than before!

LOCATION OF LENA'S BEACH STUDIOS |
Lena's Beach Studios are located in the beachfront buildings "Tortola" and "Antigua" at the former Mt. Vernon Hotel, on the Northwestern end of Orient Bay on the French side of Saint Martin. This section of Orient Beach is the more quiet area, whereas an active beach life can be found by walking along the beach toward Club Orient on the Eastern end, a stroll of approx. 20 minutes. The nearest beach bar from Mt. Vernon is "Booboo Jam" (2 min), and the new trendy "Palm Beach", followed by popular "Waikiki Beach" (3 min walk).
 
Going for a swim, sailing, jet ski, or a ride on banana boat...
When you leave your studio, take one of the pathways at the Mt. Vernon complex that bring you down to the beach. Orient Beach, the "St. Tropez of the Caribbean" is a beautiful 2+ mile curve of white sand beach, with many beach bars, shops, restaurants, and a variety of water sports. Have a swim, go snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, or sailing, or simply enjoy a great day on the beach!

For having lunch or dinner, Orient Beach is lined with beach bars and restaurants. Also, the marketplace at Orient Village offers a nice choice of al fresco eateries. Another good option is to drive to nearby Grand Case (10 min.), the French Creole village is famous across the region for its excellent fine dining.
