Lena's Beach Suite is a new oceanfront luxury
rental at the former hotel complex of Mont Vernon on Orient Bay. Actually it is much more than a Suite! It's a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo luxuriously designed for one couple.

is situated at the prime beachfront line of Mt Vernon's buildings, called "Guadeloupe"just above the pool area .

Vernon Hotel. |
Lena's Beach Suite, a fine place to relax and to enjoy the fantastic views! This seaside unit is very large. It consists currently of some 90m² or 970 ft² of living space. Since recently, there's an additional 25m² or 270 ft² of space to enjoy: the private oceanfront deck that the owners built in 2011
Out of the total size, about 70 m² (755 ft²) are used by the open plan living area that comprises the kitchen, a dining room, the sofa seating area and an additional lounge and smaller dining area set up along the front side of the room.

The owners integrated the former outdoor patio terrace into the room, thus creating a larger interior area in the comfort of A/C and without comprising the fine view. They also installed a huge mirror on the right-sided wall and multiple, glass slider panels along the condo's front side, easy to open or close, also partially, according to your needs. The Suite can in addition also be protected by electric shutters. |

Lena's Beach Suite has been extensively renovated with great care and attention to every little detail. It has been completely newly furnished and decorated by the owners end of 2009 at costs exceeding $100k selecting only the finest for the condo. One of the exquisite lamps only was several hundreds of Dollars. Not even to mention the value of the flooring, the custom built kitchen, nor the deluxe bathroom tiles and mosaics etc. etc! |
The French owner couple actually designed the Suite as their very own island retreat for their retirement in a few years, and used it up to now only themselves on their occasional visits to the island.

The tastefully appointed living room is very well equipped with amenities you wouldn't want to miss when staying at a luxury place! To entertain yourself, you can watch Satellite TV on a wide flat screen, or use DVD, CD and stereo amenities. Needless to say that the living area has Air-Conditioning! For your valuables, there is a personal safe in the Suite, and for those who need to connect to the office or Wall Street, there is WiFi Internet access. Just bring your laptop or notebook to use it! |

The French owner couple work with an on-island manager for their rental properties at Mount Vernon. If you need any assistance on site or some hints where to go or what to do, the manager will be there to advise!

The air-conditioned bedroom with parquet flooring was completely renovated in late 2009 and recently redecorated and bedded with a King bed. You will feel the owner lady's distinctive sense of style in the little details, the accessories, the quality lines, the charming French-style head board and the overall very lovely decoration and furniture. |

The suite features a completely new full bathroom with a shower, an extra large sink with two faucets, a mirror and hair-dryer. To complete your comfort, quality bath towels and linens are provided in the Suite; bring your own beach towels tough!

LOCATION & NEARBY FACILITIES OF LENA'S BEACH SUITE |
Lena's Beach Suite is located in the beachfront building "Guadeloupe" at the former Mt. Vernon Hotel, on the Northwestern end of  Orient Bay on the French side of Saint Martin. This section of Orient Beach is the more quiet area, whereas an active beach life can be found by walking along the beach toward Club Orient on the Eastern end, a stroll of approx. 20 minutes.

For having lunch or dinner, Orient Beach is lined with beach bars and restaurants. Also, the marketplace at Orient Village offers a nice choice of al fresco eateries. Another option for dinner is to drive to nearby Grand Case (10 min.), famous across the region for its excellent fine dining.

When you leave your suite, take one of the pathways at the Mt. Vernon complex that bring you down the beach. Orient Beach, the "St. Tropez of the Caribbean" is a beautiful 2+ mile curve of white sand beach, with many beach bars, shops, restaurants, and a variety of water sports. Have a swim, go snorkeling, parasailing, jetskiing, or sailing, or simply enjoy a great day on the beach! The nearest beach bar from Mt. Vernon is actually "Booboo Jam" (2 min), followed by the new trendy lounge & bar at "Palm Beach" and then popular "Waikiki Beach" (3 min).
