| Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond are a small hillside community located above the water of Oyster Pond Marina, on the French side of Oyster Pond, near the Dutch boarder. The terraced bungalows overlook the lagoon and Captain Oliver's Marina. The balconies on the on the upper level provide also a great view of the sea and and Dawn Beach beyond the Oyster Bay Resort. Les Balcons complex provides also some communal facilities, such as the completely renovated swimming pool and sun deck with lounge chairs, and the (partially) gated parking. In addition, since mid 2009, every bungalow is secured by an alarm system. A shortcut down below the pool area brings you straight to the casual restaurants of "Quaie West", the popular waterfront Dinghy Dock bar and Captain Oliver's Restaurant and marina facilities. |

These Bungalows with Terrace were the most common type of bungalows at Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond until mid 2008. Since then, many units were upgraded and received an extra large terrace. The Bungalows at the pool & marina level consist of an open plan bedroom and a fully equipped kitchenette, a private full bathroom with shower, and a terrace ("balcony") facing the Marina. The units are either accessed by crossing the pool deck or going down there by a flight of stairs leading to the marina level. This type of bungalow is suitable for 1 or 2 guests. It is offered at the best rates of all bungalows at Les Balcons and designed for the budget-oriented traveler. |

This Bungalow is an extra option for our American guests! The bungalow features not only an extra large terrace on the upper level with a magnificent view. The particularity of this Bungalow is that it is equipped with a full range of US TV channels provided through cable service. Otherwise the Bungalow has the same main amenities as the other units, i.e. a King sized bed, A/C, private full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a large terrace with a BBQ grill and a dining table. |
