| Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond consist of some 20 individual bungalow rentals situated on the French side of picturesque Oyster Pond. The terraced property is located just above the water of Oyster Pond, next to Captain Oliver's Marina offering beautiful views of Oyster Pond, the marina and the Caribbean sea at Dawn Beach. The complex is very quiet, private and scenic, fanned by the trade winds with low humidity and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. |

- 4 Bungalows are especially designed for American guests, thanks to Satellite TV with US channels provided in those units.

TERMS AND PAYMENTS AT LES BALCONS
Rates vary between €uros 65.00 and €160.00 per night, depending on bungalow category and season. Please refer to individual display for detailed pricing. All rates quoted are for 2 persons per bungalow. Extra person: €15.00 per night. Please add 5% local tax to all rates. Children under age 6 stay free. 30% deposit required to make booking.
 We accept payments per credit card for deposits! The balance is due on arrival and can be paid in cash or per credit card. Cancellations have to be made 6 weeks prior to arrival to avoid penalty. No refund for arriving later or leaving earlier than booked for. |

We offer four Bungalows especially designed for our American guests, as these bungalows are equipped with a full range of US Satellite TV channels.
One of these studios (Bungalow 2) features in addition 110V with American outlets, a complete kitchen and screened doors. Two Bungalows with US TV have a regular terrace and are located on the upper level with a magnificent view of Oyster Pond and the sea. The other two of these 4 bungalows feature an extra large terrace either on upper level or at pool level.

This Bungalow is one of the newest and finest addition to Les Balcons. The unit was completely renovated in 2006; the bedroom was re-decorated in 2011 and the bathroom was newly tiled in 2011. The Suite features a beautiful, fine French Caribbean style with bright colors and some unique touches and decorative pieces.
The Bungalow Suite consists of two rooms: the air-conditioned living room that comes with 2 Twin sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2nd room is a bedroom with a King sized bed, A/C and en-suite private bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have direct access to the extra large terrace providing a fantastic view of Oyster Pond, Captain Oliver's Marina and the sea beyond. |
