| Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond consist of 20 individual studio bungalows situated on the French/Dutch border overlooking picturesque Oyster Pond, Dawn Beach and the Caribbean sea. It is a very quiet, private and scenic residential area fanned by the trade winds with low humidity and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Each bungalow has its own private terrace/balcony with a wonderful view of the lagoon and marina. FREE WiFi Internet access is available on premises (bring your own laptop/notebook). The facilities of Oyster Pond Marina with its bars and restaurants are in walking distance. World famous clothing optional Orient Beach is only 6 miles/10 km away. It features a broad range of water sports, many restaurants, beach bars, boutiques, and shops. |

RATES AND TERMS AT LES BALCONS
Rates vary between €60.00 and €155.00 per night, depending on bungalow category and season. Please refer to individual displays for detailed pricing.
All rates quoted on this web page are for 1 or 2 persons per bungalow. Extra person: €15.00 per night. Please add 5% government tax to all rates. Children under age 6 stay free.
30% deposit required to make booking. Credit cards and wire transfer accepted for deposits. To pay the balance due on arrival, travelers checks, cash and credit cards are accepted. Cancellations have to be made 6 weeks prior to arrival to avoid penalty. No refund for arriving later, or leaving earlier than booked for. |

Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond features various bungalows with other options than related to the size of the terrace: Some bungalows feature a Mezzanine (open sleeper loft) to accommodate 4 guests. One Bungalow is a Suite with one separate bedroom. Another bungalow apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and comes with a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
A few bungalows are designed for the budget traveler. These units with terrace are located at the lower level at pool or marina, and are the lowest priced units at Les Balcons. ALL bungalows offer a terrace/balcony and all bungalows have a view!
