TERMS AND PAYMENTS AT LES BALCONS
Rates vary between €uros 65.00 and €160.00 per night, depending on bungalow category and season. Please refer to individual display for detailed pricing. All rates quoted are for 1 or 2 persons per bungalow. Extra person: €15.00 per night. Please add 5% local tax to all rates. Children under age 6 stay free. 30% deposit required to make booking.
We accept payments per credit card for deposits! The balance is due on arrival and can be paid in cash or per credit card. Cancellations have to be made 6 weeks prior to arrival to avoid penalty. No refund for arriving later or leaving earlier than booked for.

The renovated swimming pool and sun deck

These Bungalows with Terrace were the most common type of bungalows at Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond. However in the recent years, most of these bungalow studios were upgraded and received an extra large terrace.
The Bungalows at the pool & marina level consist of an open plan living area/bedroom and a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower and a terrace ("balcony") facing the Marina. This type of bungalow offers lots of comfort and a fine view for little money. Offered at the best rate of all rental units at Les Balcons they are perfect for a budget-oriented couple!

The bungalows at pool or marina level are either accessed by crossing the pool deck or by going down a flight of stairs at the pool deck leading to the marina level.

There are two bungalows of this type at Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond, both are located at marina level. The Bungalow with Mezzanine is slightly different to the other bungalows. It consists of two rooms. One of which is the open plan living room on ground floor, equipped with either 2 twin sized beds or with a convertible sofa bed, a kitchenette and the private bathroom with shower. The 2nd room is a sleeper loft on the Mezzanine. This open loft space is bedded with a King or a Queen sized bed, thus the Bungalow with Mezzanine can accommodate 4 guests. Best option for couples traveling with 1 or 2 children!

These bungalows feature the same amenities and standard equipment as the other bungalows at Les Balcons. The difference is their location. They are situated on the upper row of Les Balcons's hillside complex, thus providing the spectacular views of Oyster Pond, the marina and the sea from each of the private terraces.

Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond features a few bungalows with additional features compared to above shown standard bungalow studios. These extra features are either related to the size, the special location or the number of bedrooms or bedding. E.g. the Bungalow Suite is larger and comes with one separate bedroom. Another bungalow consists of 2 bedrooms and comes with a Jacuzzi on its very large, best equipped terrace. Last but not least, we offer 4 bungalows with US TV channels catering to our US guests!
These bungalows are slightly higher priced, but still - ALL our Bungalows are designed for the budget traveler and offer a great value for your money! Keep in mind, ALL bungalows offer a terrace/balcony and all bungalows have a view!
