The living room and patio front the sea and feature spectacular unobstructed views of the turquoise water of Simpson Bay, passing ships, yachts and cruise ships, and the island of Saba on a clear day. Relax on your private patio overlooking the Caribbean sea Lilly's Beach Condo is on ground floor - beachfront! The condo has all modern, comfortable amenities of a luxury island getaway for a couple: Lilly's Beach Condo has a very well equipped Gourmet kitchen with everything new, an air-conditioned living room, a deluxe King size bedroom with A/C, an exquisite private bathroom, and many modern amenities from wide flat screen TV with cable service to WiFi-Internet, a safe and a washer/dryer. All is on the ground level and within a few steps (just across the pool deck) from the beautiful white powdery sand beach of Simpson Bay.   By the pool The covered patio next to the communal pool deck seats 4 guests and offers two sunbeds for your private sunbathing. More beach chairs are available on the pool deck that wraps around the beautiful oceanfront fresh water pool that lies right in front of the condo. at La Siesta   The small condo complex of La Siesta is situated at one of St. Maarten's best white sand beaches: Simpson Bay! LOCATION OF LA SIESTA La Siesta is located southwest of the island, on the Dutch side on Simpson Bay beach near the drawbridge. The area offers a wide range of popular restaurants and bars (Mary's Boon, Topper's, The Boats House, Pineapple Pete...), casinos and night entertainment such as the Dolphin Casino, Hollywood Casino, Tropicana, or the Megaplex Cinema. There are numerous shops, boutiques, banks and businesses in the Simpson Bay area, which is the most active commercial area of the island.     Stroll along Simpson Bay. Have lunch at Mary's Boon!
