2 RENOVATED STUDIOS FOR COST-CONSCIOUS TRAVELERS OF ST. MARTIN - ORIENT BAY AT LOW RATES!

The beautiful communal, free-form pool at Mt. Vernon is at your disposal when you rent one of our studios. This is one of the largest swimming pools on the island; built right on Orient Beach!	RATES FOR LENA'S STUDIOS	per couple	Terms & Payment All rates quoted are per week per Studio, in US Dollars and based on 1 or 2 people per Studio. Rates INCLUDE TAX. To secure a booking for the Studio a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due in cash on arrival day.

	High Season 01 December - 30 April	$ 780 per week
	Xmas and New Year's Holidays	$ 900 per week
	Be our very first guest and enjoy our entirely renovated deluxe studios at the Mont Vernon complex on Orient Bay! At Lena's Studios we offer two adjoining, identical units that have been completely renovated and refurbished throughout the first half of this year. Since October 1st, they are all ready to accommodate our first guests! Lena's Studios at Mt. Vernon are two adjoining 2nd floor units

Description of Lena's Studios

Both studios are adjoining with connecting double doors inbetween that will either be locked or opened, depending on guests' needs if the 2 units were booked together. They are on the 2nd floor of the building "St. Kitts" at the Mt. Vernon complex. The units do not provide a view of the sea or Orient Bay, but of the pond & inland of Mt. Vernon and the mountains of St. Martin.

If you try to keep costs down for a great vacation on St. Martin without missing comfort, pool facilities and the immediate proximity of Orient Beach, our Lena's Studios will be the perfect match! If a fantastic view is important to you, and you are ready to spend a bit more, we invite you to look into our fine Lena's Beach Studios that are beachfront in building "Tortola" at the same Mt. Vernon complex. They offer magnificent direct views of Orient Bay, the beach, St. Barth and other small islands.

Both Lena's Studios are of roughly 40 sqm of size and consist of:
• One King bed
• A seating area
• A dining area inside
• A brand new deluxe kitchen
• A completely renovated bathroom and
• A private balcony with view of the pond and mountains of Mont Vernon.

For your comfort, Lena's Studios have air-conditioning, a new King size bed, and a large dresser/closet. The private full bathroom with a shower is separate and has also a washer.

The air-conditioned living area opens out to the balcony and features a comfortable sofa, arm chairs and a coffee table.

The studios are equipped with a flat screen TV with Satellite service, a CD player/stereo and a safety deposit box for your valuables.

Towels and linen are supplied. Additional services provided at Lena's Studios include the possibility to make car rental and airport escort arrangements through the owners and their manager. They also arrange for a babysitter for you if needed.

Talking about traveling with children, the owners also have baby crib available that can be installed in your unit when required. In addition, the sofa in the living area is convertible and can sleep one or two additional guests in the studio.

The Kitchen features:
• a full size refrigerator w. freezer
• a glass hob with 4 cook tops
• a kitchen range hood
• a microwave
• a coffee maker
• a toaster

Tableware and dinnerware as well as kitchen utensils are also handy in kitchen, and a washing machine is available for you in the bathroom.

Good for you to know is that the French owners hired an on-island manager for their studio properties at Mount Vernon. If you need any assistance on site or some hints where to go or what to do, the manager will be there to help!

The Mt. Vernon complex at the northwestern end of Orient Bay

Lena's Studios are located at the former Mt. Vernon Hotel, on the Northwestern end of Orient Bay on the French side of Saint Martin. This section of the 2+ mile long Orient Beach is the more quiet area, whereas more active beach life can be found by walking along the beach toward Club Orient on the Eastern end, a short stroll of approx. 20 minutes.

When you leave your studio, take one of the pathways at the complex that bring you down the beach. Have a swim on Orient Bay, go snorkeling, hang out at a casual beach bar restaurant or enjoy one of your favorite water sports!

Stroll along the beach or "downtown" to the marketplace at Orient Village to find many l restaurants, bars, boutiques, and shops.
