The Studio is one of the rare

Rates are subject to 8% tax and service charge
(includes maid service).
A 30 % deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Final payment is due prior to arrival.
Payments can be made per wire transfer only.
To protect the property against damage or loss, a refundable Security Deposit is required.

SMALL, BEAUTIFUL, AFFORDABLE!
This fully furnished and nicely decorated studio is located within the gated beachfront community of Nettle Bay Beach Club, on the Southern, French side of the island. The complex sits on a white sandy beach and is divided into 4 identical areas, all endowed with a large swimming pool.

Aside from the pools, the gated community offers some more communal facilities and services, such as tennis courts and 24h security. On the same compound - in walking distance from your unit - are 3 beach bar restaurants: Layla's, Ma Ti Beach and the Buccaneer.

The usage of the communal facilities at the complex is free for guests of the Studio, including 4 swimming pools, gated parking, and tennis courts. |
The Nettle Bay Beach Studio is centrally located, close to Marigot, and close to the night life in Dutch Cupecoy and Maho.
Several restaurants, snack bars, a supermarket, French bakery, shops, boutiques and car rentals are within a few
minutes walk from the Studio. |

The casual, laid-back Creole ambiance of the Nettle Bay Beach Club provides the right environment for relaxing vacation, completed by a beautiful white, soft beach right in front of your door! This 2nd floor studio features its own private roof top terrace that has a nice breeze and the gorgeous view of the beach downstairs and the Caribbean sea in the background.
Built on the sand of pristine Nettle Bay Beach, the Nettle Bay Beach Studio is a perfect island getaway for cost conscious travelers. The unit sleeps one couple, is well equipped, nicely furnished and affordable. A great spot for beach seekers! |
Nettle Bay Beach Studio has a good size of some 340 sqft and is one of the very few beachfront rental properties on the island that is offered on the market at low rates for cost-conscious travelers. The studio is perfect for one couple traveling on a truly Caribbean vacation the frugal way!

Nettle Bay Studio features a sitting area and a covered beachfront terrace on the upper floor, furnished with a table and chairs for dining and lounging al fresco with a view of the beach. The terrace is a great spot for your private sunbathing and for enjoying the view of the beach, the Caribbean sea and the tropical landscape and palm trees.

The Nettle Bay Beach Studio is well equipped with A/C, a Queen bed, seating & dining area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower.
The air-conditioned studio is equipped with a flat panel TV set , DVD and stereo system. NEW! Since Nov. 2010, the Nettle Bay Studio offers free WiFi Internet via live box and has now a telephone and TV with TNT channels.
