Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 people. Add $15 per night for extra person. Children under age 4 stay free. Rates include 5% tax and maid service on departure. A 50 % deposit is required to make a reservation. Final payment on arrival. We do accept traveler checks, IBAN, or credit card payment per PayPal. |

Come and visit us for a relaxed and affordable vacation at one of our new "Orient Beach Studios"! Each of our seven one bed units is of 40 sqm of size, has Air-conditioning, a King sized bed and a sitting area with flat panel TV, and view of Orient Bay.
Each of our seven deluxe Orient Beach Studios has been entirely refurbished in late 2006 and/or 2007. The studios are well equipped and finely appointed. They are all the same with regards to size, layout, features and style. |

Each studio has either a patio or a balcony facing Orient Bay, and with a dining table to enjoy the great views while having breakfast or watching sunsets! The swimming pool, the beach and the parking are one minute away.
Two of the Orient Beach Studios are adjoining, and can be booked together to accommodate two couples or a family traveling together. |

Our beachfront units are located at the former, well known Mont Vernon Resort, on the Northwestern end of Orient Bay. This section of our 2+ mile powdery white sand beach is the more quiet area, opposite of Club Orient, our world famous naturist resort located at the Eastern side of Orient Bay. |
Orient Beach is the best serviced and most popular beach of St. Martin/St. Maarten. It is the best place to go for all kinds of water sports activities, beach bars and restaurants. There is also a section for nude beach.
When you leave your studio, take a short walk down the pathway, while enjoying the views of St. Barths, Pinel Island and Tintamarre. Discover the best restaurants for
a delightful dinner in nearby Grand Case, or stroll along the beach to Orient Village for several restaurants and bars at its charming marketplace. Within a 5 minutes walk is a supermarket, grocery store, pharmacy, French bakery and boutiques. |

The private bathroom is beautifully tiled, and has a stall shower. Each studio has A/C, a King size bed and a convertible sofa for 2 more guests, as well as a safety deposit box. There is Satellite, flat screen TV and electric shutters in each unit. |

Two of the 7 Studios are adjoining units, beachfront on the 2nd floor.
They can be booked together, accommodating 4 people on 2 King sized beds.
Using the sleeper sofa in each unit, the adjoining studios can sleep up to max. 8 people.
Weekly Rates for the adjoining studios are 2 x the single studio rates, means:
2 x $770 in high season, 2 x $630 in low season, and 2 x $990 for Christmas & New Year's weeks.
