This quaint 800+ sq ft well appointed apartment became available to the Orient Bay vacation rental market just recently, in January of 2010. It is located hillside within the gated community of Les Jardins d’Orient Bay - " The Gardens of Orient Bay", an upscale villa community that is about 1 mile off the main road to Orient Beach and the entry to the residential community situated in the plains of Orient Bay. The apartment is part of a private villa and situated on the lower level of the property with private access and entrance.

Xmas/New Year's Holidays: $ 850 per week
Rates include gov't tax. Rates are per week for 2 to 4 people. Fee for cleaning on check-out day is included in the weekly rental.

The Orient Garden Apartment is surrounded by a large private Caribbean garden of 100 m² or roughly 1,050 ft². The private terrace is set amidst the garden and includes patio furniture and a Teak dining area, topped by magnificent panoramic views of Orient Bay.

Rates for the Orient Garden Apartment start from as low as $590 per week. The apartment is offered by the same owners as the Orient Beach Studios at Mt. Vernon that are located beachfront at the Northern end of Orient Bay at the former Mont Vernon Hotel complex.

Terms & Payment
Rates are in US Dollars per week for 2 to 4 people. Rates include 5% tax and maid service on departure day. A 50 % deposit is required to make a reservation. Final payment is due on arrival. We do accept traveler checks and payment per IBAN.

The apartment Orient Garden offers fantastic panoramic hillside views of Orient Bay, the Caribbean Sea, and the neighboring small islands of Tintamarre and Pinel. The well appointed unit consists of one air-conditinoed Queen sized bedroom with a private bathroom, a living room with sleeper sofa, flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, and a private terrace surrounded by a lush tropical garden of over 1000 sq ft offering panoramic views of Orient Bay and the Caribbean sea. The owners also provide lounge chairs and an umbrella for free to set up for tanning in the garden, or if you wish to take them with you for a relaxing day on the beach.

The Orient Garden rental unit is located on the lower level of a private villa property, providing its own separate entrance, parking and private space including the nicely appointed air-conditioned bedroom, living room, kitchen and private terrace that offer a great value for a couple or a family of 3-4 persons traveling on a low budget.

The Orient Garden Apartment is on ground floor on premises of a large private villa and has its own separate entrance and outdoor areas. It opens out to the large terrace and garden with the view over Orient Bay. The garden is made very private and designed for the exclusive use of tenants of the Orient Garden rental.

There is one bedroom at Orient Garden. It opens out to the garden and patio, and offers a fabulous view of entire Orient Bay on 180 °. The bedroom is bedded with a Queen bed and is air-conditioned. The private full bathroom is nicely tiled in blue colors and features a bowl sink, a large stall shower and a mirror.

Linen and towels are provided at Orient Garden, and if you wish you can request maid service during your stay (fee applies). The cleaning on check-out day is included on a weekly rental.

This newly refurbished tidy apartment is well equipped, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. It is an affordable vacation rental for a budget-minded couple, or a cost-conscious family.

The Orient Garden features a fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the terrace on one side, and the living area on the other side. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with freezer, an electric oven and a gas stove with 4 burners, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary dinnerware, tableware, crockery and kitchen utensils to prepare your own meals.

The Orient Garden Apartment is located on the Northern French side of St. Martin, within the upscale gated hillside community of "Les Jardins d'Orient Bay", reachable at the turn opposite of the main access road towards "Parc d'Orient Bay". The apartment is in vicinity (approx. 1 mile) of Orient Beach and Orient Village, and at approx. 5 minutes drive from Grand Case for fine dining, shopping and grocery supplies.
