Paradise Caraibes Condo is a luxury, private 1 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo in Grand Case, situated at the quiet southern end of the village. It is a wonderful getaway for a couple or a small family looking for an attractive seaside rental at affordable rates. Tastefully furnished and decorated with style, this condo is a fine place to enjoy a relaxing quiet vacation on the beach of Grand Case.

The unit is on the 2nd floor of a small beachfront complex offering spectacular views from its seaside living room located just a few feet above the water. The most amazing view at the Paradise Condo is on its private rooftop terrace, a spot where you'll enjoy private sunbathing while taking in the wonderful view of the entire Grand Case including views of Creole Rock and neighboring Anguilla island.

Thanks to its prime beachfront location, the Condo is also a perfect vantage point to watch the Heineken Regatta, a famous event of St. Martin, taking place every year in early March.

Stroll along our beautiful white sand beach while taking in the amazing views and fabulous vistas of Anguilla and Creole Rock. A 5 min. walk on the beach and you are in "downtown" Grand Case - the best place across the region for French gastronomy! Discover fine dining in the best restaurants of the island. Also within a short walk from the condo are a supermarket, grocery store, French bakery & pastries, a pharmacy, boutiques and art galleries!

The Paradise Caraibes Condo consists of two floors: On the main floor is the seaside living room with its stunning beach view, the kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs on the Mezzanine is the luxuriously appointed bedroom with en-suite bathroom that leads to the relaxing private rooftop terrace overlooking the bright Caribbean sea.

The large living room is tastefully furnished and beautifully decorated with antiques, original paintings and artwork. The owner lady, who once owned a store for interior design and accessories, frequently redecorates the apartment and changes the exquisite paintings that give the condo a special prestigious touch.
