The Ti Case Studio is located at the Pavillon Beach apartment complex at the quiet southern entrance area of Grand Case village. The unit is on the 2nd floor overlooking the sea and the beach, and providing the most amazing views of a true beachfront rental!

Terms & Payment Rates are in US Dollars. Rates include gov't tax and cleaning on check-out day. For stays beyond 7 nights, maid service is provided once per week.
Additional maid service can be arranged for a nominal fee. Rates are for 1 or 2 people in the studio. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking for the Ti Case Studio, preferably per wire transfer.

The Ti Case Studio offers stunning direct views of the entire bay of Grand Case, the crystal blue Caribbean Sea, the neighboring island of Anguilla right in front of you and Creole Rock on your right. The bay of Grand Case is particularly beautiful to watch during the day for the small fishing and sailing boats, small yachts, and catamarans passing by or anchored in the quiet waters of Grand Case. This studio is also a wonderful place to watch the Heineken Regatta, a famous event held every year in early March.
The beachside balcony of the studio is also a fantastic spot to watch gorgeous sunsets for which Grand Case is known for, too, aside from its gastronomic fame.

The seaside balcony with ceiling fan offers a lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is protected to the front side by hurricane shutters and glass sliders that you may open or close at your convenience. They also keep the balcony cool if you have the air-conditioning running in the studio!

Just a short walk away along the water from Ti Case Studio is downtown Grand Case with its fine dining for which the charming village is so famous for. There are also boutiques, grocery stores, art galleries, shopping, and some water sports - all surrounded by the laid-back Caribbean flair of Grand Case. Guests of Ti Case appreciate the convenient location to walk to the popular "Harmony nights", organized in Grand Case on Tuesday nights during high season. It's a vibrant Caribbean mix of a lively street market, live music, steel bands, local food & beverages, souvenir & handicraft stands, and lots of fun!

On premises of Pavillon Beach, a couple of lounge chairs and and an umbrella are waiting for you on the beach to relax and enjoy the sun!
The thoughtful studio owner has also a cooler for you for the beach to keep your drinks chilled while soaking in the sun on one of the beach chairs at Pavillon Beach.
Plus, it is easy to stay connected with the free WiFi access at the studio.

Inside, the Ti Case Studio is fully furnished and decorated. The quiet, nice and clean studio is designed to accommodate a couple looking for an affordable place to stay in popular Grand Case.

The room is bedded with a French Double bed (slightly larger than a Queen). Cable TV, Air-conditioning, a personal safe, and modern kitchen and bathroom facilities will add to your relaxed and comfortable vacation.

Services at the studio include linen, towels and beach towels, an iron and iron board. Cleaning on check-out day is included on a weekly rental. For longer stays maid service is provided once per week - more often, if you wish, for a fee.

The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with freezer, an electric mini-oven and a two ceramic glass cooktops, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary glasses, china, crockery, pots & pans, tableware and cooking utensils to prepare and serve your own meals.

The Pavillon Beach Residence is located seaside at the quiet southern entrance area of Grand Case village. It is one of the few beachfront vacation rentals on the beach of Grand Case. Built on the white sand beach! Enjoy fabulous, unobstructed and unparalleled sea views right from the balcony the small 3-story building of Pavillon Beach!

The access to the beach is easy at the Pavillon Beach complex. Just take the flight of stairs at the entrance, and you'll touch the sand! Beach lounge chairs, umbrellas and a cooler box are there to keep your drink nicely chilled during your day on the beach.

Ti Case Studio is in proximity to some excellent culinary
temples in Grand Case. A short walk or drive will bring you to popular places for fine dining such as "Le Cottage", "L'Auberge Gourmand", "Bistrot Caraibes" or on the Northern end "Le Pressoir" and "Le Spiga".... just to name a few.

For a casual dinner, snack or a couple of drinks, there is
Calmos Cafe, Zen-it (both directly on the beach), or the
Sunset Cafe. A visit of the low-key "Lolo's" is also a 'must'.
These open air BBQ eateries run by locals offer delicious fresh
food at very decent fees. Also not to miss is a night out at
the newly opened "Le Shore" (next to Le Pressoir) - a highly
recommendable place for either fine seaside dining, or for a
drink, delicious cocktail or yummy tapas at the casual, yet
stylish lounge and bar with life music usually on Fridays. Enjoy!

A large stretch of white powdery sand beach is right in front of your door, and the water of Grand Case is calm most time of the year with no swell and no undertow. Grand Case also offers nice shopping opportunities. There are art galleries, boutiques with fashion and beach wear, souvenirs and handicraft. Sure there are also grocery stores and a supermarket, French bakeries with baguette and French pastries, and some more attractions!
The SeaWorld Explorer, the island's only semi-submarine (glass bottom boat) leaves during season almost daily from the pier in Grand Case for excursions to the reef of Creole Rock for its amazing underwater world. You can sign up for the SeaWorld Explorer at a booth in the main street of Grand Case, next to the pier.	Creole Rock
For the lovers water sports activities, at the Zen-it you can sign up for water ski or rent surf and body boards. At the northern end of Grand Case is a dive shop. Best spot for snorkeling is at the northern end of the bay at Petite Plage and near the Creole Rock.
