The one-bedroom apartment is elegantly furnished, fully air-conditioned and quite large with some 60 m² (650 ft²) of size. It is very well kept and was entirely refurbished and renovated before it became available for rent.

The living room is furnished with fine black leather sofas and chairs. A large day bed with leather headboard is there as well, if there is need to accommodate 1 or 2 additional guests, preferably children.

The luxury and finely appointed rental unit consists of a large living room with sleeper sofa leading out to the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and an air-conditioned bedroom on the sleeper loft. NEW! Since recently, the apartment is secured by an alarm system.

The elegant living room opens to the private balcony overlooking the market place of Orient Village.

To the rear of the open plan living room is the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances. On the same level as the living room and kitchen is also the full bathroom, which is very nicely tiled and painted in white and blue.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, a 4 burner gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils, china, crockery and glassware.

The Pearl of Orient Bay is located in Orient Village, within the gated community of Orient Bay. It is situated in the apartment complex of "Residence la Plage", which is the last building complex before Orient Beach. A few shops, a beauty salon, deli and bakery are on ground level in the same building as he Pearl. See how close the beach is, click: 

The Pearl of Orient Bay has access to a communal pool,
lounge chairs & umbrellas and a poolside bar at Residence La Plage,
which is also shared with tenants of neighboring L'Hoste Hotel.

It is a beautiful 2+ mile curve of white sand beach lined with beach bars, restaurants, shops, and a variety of water sports. The Southeastern section of the beach, near Club Orient, is dedicated to naturists, whereas to the middle and to the North, it s a typical family beach. At the charming market square of Orient Village, there are a few more bars and restaurants, and some activities are going on, usually combined with live music on Friday nights. Another 10 minutes and you are in the French capital of Marigot for shopping at the French boutiques, gourmet items, or a night out at Marigot's Marina Royale.
