Pelican Beach Condo is a new seaside 1 bedroom/1 bath luxurious vacation rental rental on Pelican Key, on the Dutch side of St. Maarten near the well known La Vista Resort. The exquisitely and elegantly designed condo offers ample living space indoor and outdoor surrounded by a beautiful Caribbean garden with flowers, palm trees and tropical plants.

Walk out of the door of your condo, relax on the beautiful pergola featuring a dining area and a lounge area, walk 10 steps across the terrace down to the beach on the private access path and enjoy the beauty of this stretch of beach at Pelican Key! Pelican Beach Condo enjoys the great advantage of being situated on the sandy section of Pelican Key!

The condo provides private direct beach access and a sun deck with lounge chairs right on the water  This is a great spot for private sunbathing, watching sail boats and yachts passing by, and also for magnificent sunsets!

The condo offers all modern, comfortable amenities of a luxurious, spacious and elegant island getaway for a couple: a very well equipped kitchen with everything new, an air-conditioned living room, a deluxe King size bedroom with A/C, an exquisite private bathroom, and many modern extras from iPod station, wide flat screen TV with US cable service to free WiFi-Internet and Skype.
All rooms of the Pelican Beach Condo are on ground level with the bedroom and the living room fronting the beautiful garden terrace and pergola. The outdoor living area also provides a nice view of the Caribbean sea right beyond the palm trees and lush vegetation.

Pelican Beach Condo sits on the neighboring lot of Villa Blue Cap a luxury 3 bedroom/3 bath mansion for rent from the same French owner, who lives on island and will be around in case you need him.

In the rear of this finely appointed room are the laundry facilities, a large dressing room and the WC (separate from the en-suite bathroom). The bedroom is located on the right hand side.

Inside, the Pelican Beach Condo features the same exquisite top-of-the line furnishing and fine quality materials as Villa Blue Cap, only on a smaller scale. The condo is actually designed to accommodate a couple, but there is space for hosting 1 or 2 additional guests (children) on a crib or rollaway bed available from the owners. The condo is perfect for a couple, honeymooners or a getaway with your girlfriend, and for discerning travelers seeking a luxury, yet affordable rental that offers elegance and style combined with privacy and intimacy. This adorably designed condo is a wonderful quiet tropical oasis within the otherwise rather densely populated and busy community of Pelican Key!

All the cooking utensils, kitchenware and dinnerware are supplied to make it easy for you to prepare your own meal at the condo.

The kitchen features the exquisite extra of uniquely designed tiles consisting of natural white stone mosaics, called "galets" (small rounded stones).

The Modern Kitchen

The kitchen adjoins the dining and seating area in an open concept plan with an extra wide U-shaped Granite kitchen countertop.

The kitchen runs on 110V (220V outlets are available in the condo as well) and is equipped with all new appliances including, a full size refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, ceramic glass hob with 4 cooktops, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

A very nice complete set of china, dinnerware and table ware along with kitchen utensils is readily available for you in the kitchen as well.

Pelican Beach Condo is fully equipped, elegantly furnished and well taken care for by an attentive owner. It is a wonderful place for vacationing in wonderful setting, and in complete privacy for your rest and relaxation. Also for your comfort, the owner provides maid service 3 times per week, and more often if required.

The bedroom at the Pelican Beach Condo features a top quality King size mattress and is fronting the pergola terrace with its beautiful tropical garden. You will for sure feel like at home at this elegantly designed room!

Pelican Beach Condo is located South of the island, on the Dutch side near Simpson Bay and at about 3 miles from the airport. The condo is in proximity to Pelican Key's popular La Vista Resort with its new complex 'Eleganzia". The area offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and night entertainment. Some of them are in walking distance from the condo, such as the Hollywood Casino or the Restaurants Ciao, Bel Mar or The Stone.
