The spacious 1 bed 1.5 bath condo Zen Porto Cupecoy is an easily accessible unit on ground floor in a quiet corner area of the marina village with views of the marina and lagoon. The condo is equipped with fine attention to detail and top-of-the-line amenities and furnishings. As to the outdoor living spaces, the Zen Porto Cupecoy is one of the very few condominiums at Porto Cupecoy that offers a private swimming pool on a 750 ft² private terrace with sun deck.

On the covered part of the terrace is a large gallery. Here, you can enjoy dining or lounging al fresco, yet protected from the sun and weather. Inside, the Zen Porto Cupecoy condo expands on 1023 sq ft of open modern living including a sophisticated leather lounge, a dining room, a deluxe kitchen, and 1 King bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms.

Cleaning on check-out days is taken care for by the owner, whereas (daily) housekeeping is an optional service that can be requested for a fee.

The Zen Porto Cupecoy features one spacious Master bedroom, decorated with taste and style providing a wonderful calm "look and feel". Details for your comfort include a King bed and Air-Conditioning, a ceiling fan, a personal safe and a radio alarm clock.

The bedroom opens to the poolside deck and its highlight is the King size bed in white leather bed frame & headboard, and the whole is framed by special wood.

The Master bath features some nice details, such as ceramic tiles of very fine quality, marble tops for the vanities, bath tub and shower divider. The shower comes with a rain shower head. A hair dryer, bath towels and some basic toiletries are on hand as well. A 2nd half bath is available off the hallway, equipped with a toilet, a sink and mirror.
