Terms & Payment
All rates quoted are in Euros per week and are based on 2 people per bedroom. Rates are subject to 4% government tax. Maid service is available on request at €uros 45 per day. To secure a booking for the Princess Condos, a 30% deposit is required. The balance is due on arrival day.

The ground floor units are spacious and very well kept. Their living rooms feature sliding doors leading to the outside open fully into the wall. These first floor rooms open to the covered terrace with a large dining area, followed by a sun deck and a grassy area that you can sun yourself on in the morning or afternoon. There are hedges and palm trees for your privacy, and although you can't directly see the beach, you do get the tradewinds and can hear the ocean. You will not be disappointed if this is where you stay!

The location is secluded and quiet, just footsteps away from the beautiful white sand beach of Orient Bay. The communal pool is also only a few steps away from your door.

The well equipped colorful kitchen in the open plan living room offers a bar counter and large kitchen tops and all appliances, including a full size refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, stove with kitchen range, a dishwasher, coffee maker, a toaster and all you need to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch or dinner!

When you step out of your condo and you are not heading to the beach or the pool, an easy walk will take you from here into the village for dinner or a drink at the charming little market place with its relaxed and laid-back ambience.

The spacious, air-conditioned living room opens to the private veranda, where comfortable amenities await you for your relaxation, including lounge chairs for private tanning and a large dining table.

The 3-bedroom Princess Condos have the same spacious living rooms and balconies with the wonderful sea view as the 2-bedroom units. What makes the difference of these condos is the beautiful third bedroom. It is actually a Master Suite located upstairs on the Mezzanine under the high open ceiling.

The 3-bedroom condos are air-conditioned, have a complete kitchen, one King or a set of twin beds and en-suite bath in each bedroom. In the spacious living area with terra cotta tiles throughout, TV, phone and WiFi there are the stairways to lead you to the Master bedroom.

The kitchen adjoins the open plan living room with a large bar and breakfast counter. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities including an American refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher.

This magnificent 3-bedroom condo with Mezzanine is our "latest" one. It has been completely refurbished and newly decorated recently.

The Princess Condos are only footsteps away from the turquoise water of Orient Beach, the exciting "St. Tropez of the Caribbean". A beautiful 2+ mile curve of white sand beach, with beach bars, shops, restaurants, and a variety of water sports. Have a swim, go snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, or simply enjoy a great day on the beach!

The southern section of the beach, near Club Orient, is dedicated to naturists, whereas to the middle and to the northwest, it's a typical family beach. For having lunch or a snack, Orient Beach is lined up with beach bars and restaurants. For dinner, the marketplace at Orient Village awaits you with a nice variety of al fresco eateries. Another good option is to drive to nearby Grand Case (10 min.), the French Creole village that is famous throughout the region for its excellent fine dining.

The Coco Beach bar (left) and The Waikiki (right) are at a few steps from  your door. They also provide chairs & umbrellas.
