If you prefer, lounge on the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, drinks and snacks available at the many beach bars lined up along Orient Bay. The nearest beach bar is Kakao Beach. It is so close that you can see the entrance from La Riviera's veranda.

Back inside the Condo, a spacious open plan living room with two vaulted ceilings and fine European Terra Cotta tiles throughout awaits you.

All furnishings at La Riviera Condo are new, and of modern and sleek design including white faux leather sofas, chairs, coffee and side tables, and a very comfortable chaise longue perfect for your afternoon nap or for watching TV.

For your entertainment, modern amenities await you including a wide flat screen TV with Satellite service featuring both, US and French channels.

A CD-player with stereo, as well as free WiFi Internet access (bring your laptop to connect) is provided in the unit. For your convenience, La Riviera offers also a safety deposit box to secure your valuables.

Completely renovated in 2009, this beachfront condominium is an affordable oasis of luxury overlooking the most beautiful beach on St. Martin. Contemporary furniture, European design, lots of space, and modern amenities were combined to provide an easy living and perfect comfort for one or two couples.

The kitchen was entirely renovated in 2009 and is very well equipped with high quality amenities and appliances, such as:

•  a full size American refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker
•  a ceramic glass hob with 4 cooktops
•  an electric oven and a microwave (Inox)
•  a dishwasher
•  a washing machine
•  stainless steel (Inox) coffee maker, toaster and water kettle
•  very nice complete set of china, dinnerware, glassware & crockery
•  All necessary kitchen and cooking utensils are supplied

The kitchen adjoins the living room in an open concept plan with a large bar and breakfast counter. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and top quality stainless steel appliances, glass cook tops and more.

The condo is large and very well appointed, very clean and on the very best part of Orient Beach, half way between Club Orient and Orient Village. It's such an easy walk into the village for dinner, if you decided not to use the well equipped kitchen in the condo!

When you enter the hallway of the condo, you will first find the air-conditioned Master bedroom on the left hand side. The second bedroom and bathroom are located a little bit apart from the Master and accessed from the living room.

The Master bedroom is slightly larger than the guest bedroom. It features a private en-suite full bathroom with shower, whereas the guest bedroom offers a separate private bath with the restroom (WC) in a separate room. Otherwise, both bedrooms feature the same amenities and bedding.

The two modern bedrooms at La Riviera are both equipped with a split level A/C unit, a Queen side bed, fine European linen and accessories, and a large closet. In both bedrooms, you will enjoy the vaulted ceiling providing the feeling of intimacy and space, like in a cottage-style suite.

Both bathrooms at La Riviera offer a bowl sink, a large mosaic mirror and a walk-in shower tiled in fine natural stones. A stock of quality bath towels as well as hair-dryers are supplied in both bathrooms as well.

Guests at the La Riviera have access to the shared pool facilities of the "Caribbean Riviera" complex. Facilities include a large fresh water pool (fenced in for child protection), as well a lounge chairs on the pool deck.

From here you can walk to the beach that is just across the garden, or to Kakao Beach bar and the many other Orient Beach restaurants. Or take a turn to your right and you are at the large communal pool, also only 10 steps away from your door.

Have a refreshing swim at the pool, or in the warm waters of beautiful Orient Beach, take a sunbath, hang out at a beach bar, or enjoy your favorite water sports. If you stay at La Riviera, you will not need a car rental to do all this. Everything is available in front of your door or a short stroll away! The condo is centrally located on Orient Bay and ideal for a relaxing week in a tropical environment.

Nearby places to go are the ferry station in French Cul-de-Sac for a "day off" at the tropical dream beach of Pinel Island. The Butterfly Farm at Le Galion is about the same 10 min. drive away, opposite direction. As to dining out, many of the finest restaurants of St. Martin are in Grand Case, also at 10 min. from La Riviera.
