La Riviera condo is a 2-bedroom condo located in the beachfront apartment complex of "Caribbean Riviera" in Orient Village. This charming Creole-style community on Orient Beach is about 300 yards from famous Club O (Club Orient) and 100 yards from prestigious Alamanda Resort and the market place of Orient Village. For repeat visitors of Orient Bay or Club O, La Riviera Condo offers an attractive alternative when it comes to lodging at this most popular area of French St. Martin.
The Riviera Condo is situated just across from the entrance of popular Kakao Beach bar and Kontiki Beach on St. Martin's most famous beach of Orient Bay. Lay back, relax and unwind on Orient Bay! Mountains in the background and the crystal blue sea in front!

La Riviera Condo on Orient Beach offers all you'd expect from a Caribbean vacation: You can walk to the beach, which is just across from your pool and garden, hang out at beach bars, do some water sports or walk to the village center for restaurants and grocery shopping. Guests at the La Riviera have free access to the common pool area of the "Caribbean Riviera" complex. Facilities include a large fresh water pool (fenced in for child protection) and lounge chairs on the pool deck.

La Riviera is perfect for those who love the entertaining beach life of Orient Bay. You are at footsteps from the beach with its many bars, restaurants and water sports. You can walk to the marketplace of Orient Village for your grocery supplies or for dinner at one of the restaurants at the picturesque marketplace. The nearest beach bar is Kakao Beach. It is so close that you can see the entrance from your balcony!
Your private balcony on this 2nd floor unit overlooks the garden and pool area of the Riviera complex on one side, and the sea and a stretch of Orient Beach on the other side. There are sofas, chairs and a dining area for 4 guests to enjoy the wonderful views across the lush landscaping and Orient Bay.

This recently renovated condo is designed as a luxury beachfront getaway for one or two couples. It offers two bedrooms, two private bathrooms, a very large contemporary open living area with dining room and a new, complete kitchen. All rooms are on one level, on the second floor of the building.

Contemporary furniture, European design, lots of space and modern amenities were combined to provide an easy living and perfect comfort for 2-4 guests. The common living areas are spacious, with two vaulted ceilings and fine European Terra Cotta floors throughout. The sitting area and indoor dining room open to the large balcony, where more comfortable furniture await you for your relaxation.

La Riviera offers a new fully equipped open plan kitchen, including a breakfast & bar counter with a set of modern bar stools, as well as an indoor dining area seating 6 guests.

La Riviera is large and very well appointed, very clean and on the very best part of Orient Beach, half way between Club Orient and Orient Village. It's an easy walk into the village for dinner, if you decided not to use the well equipped kitchen in the condo.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom

The Master bedroom is slightly larger than the guest bedroom. It features a private en-suite full bathroom with shower.

In both bedrooms, you will enjoy high vaulted ceiling providing the feeling of intimacy and space, like in a cozy cottage-style suite. Both bedrooms have the same white leather bedding and terra cotta floors.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, A/C, private bathroom

The guest bedroom offers a private bathroom with shower and has the WC in a separate room. All other features are the same as in the Master bedroom.

La Riviera Condo offers 2 bathrooms. Each features a single bowl sink, a large mosaic mirror and a walk-in shower, tiled in fine natural (coral) stones. Each bathroom is stocked with quality bath towels and a hair-dryer.

At Kakao Beach Bar - our neighbor!

The tropical beach bar and restaurant "Kakao Beach" is just across from your condo. You can see the entry from your balcony! Kakao Beach offers not only drinks and food (that you can combine with beach chair & umbrella rentals from them) - they also offer several water sports activities at the same spot on the beach.
