The Sea Shell Apartment in Grand Case is a one-bedroom, two-level luxury beachfront apartment facing the Caribbean Sea and located directly on the beach of Grand Case. It is a perfect little hideaway for a couple, honeymooners, lovers of Grand Case, and those who just want to get away from it all. This beachfront unit is rented directly by the owners for now two years.

Rates are inclusive of mid-week maid service, fresh daily towels, beach towels and 5% island tax. Additional maid service, grocery delivery, flower arrangements, are all available on request at an extra charge. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and final 50% to be paid 60 days before arrival.

The owners furnished and decorated The Sea Shell with class, style and an accent on comfort and quality in every detail. Just recently, in January 2009, they had the paintwork refreshed throughout the apartment. The amenities and furniture were selected with the latest in design, quality and comfort, making it one of the finest places in Grand Case to stay at. Details such as the top quality mattress, pure cotton sheets, the dimmer lighting throughout, marble, granite and hand-made tiles in the kitchen and the his 'n' her shower rooms, stainless steel appliances, fine glassware and dinnerware are appreciated by guests, as are the latest in modern amenities such as the iPod-station and the wall-mounted wide flat screen TV, with dvd and book library.
The Sea Shell is a true owner's 'own vacation' apartment that makes a real difference and creates a "home from home" feeling not usually found in rental accommodation. The separate bedroom is upstairs with French King Bed (1m 80cm) with quality mattress and reading area with chaise longue and a choice of books.

The air-conditioned, finely appointed apartment is located in a small, private residence at the entrance area of Grand Case village. It is one of the few beachfront vacation rentals on the island, being built right on the white powdery sand beach of Grand Case. Enjoy fabulous, unobstructed ocean views right in front of your door and from the balcony of this 2nd floor unit. "Your" beach and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea are laying right in front of the unit. Sea Shell is located at the quiet, southern end of the beach, approx. 1/3 mile away from more 'busy' (if you can say so at all) downtown Grand Case. The French capital Marigot is a 15 minutes drive away, Philipsburg and the international airport approx. 30 minutes. Famous Orient Beach is 10 minutes by car.
