This modern new Studio is pretty different to the regular studios that are offered on the rental market on St. Martin! It is quite spacious, comprises some 60 sqm (645 sqf) of size and has its very own character. The modern interior design throughout the unit and the accent on form, function and colors predominate the Studio of Villa d'Ô.

The young French owner couple designed this studio to their own taste and sense of style, composed of wood, natural stone, and elements selected to provide a calm ambiance. They equipped the unit with many modern amenities and extras. A luxurious studio, furnished and decorated in a refined modern style!

In the Studio of Villa d'Ô
Located on the hillside of Mont Vernon III, in a quiet residential neighborhood at one mile from Orient Bay, the Studio is part of the designer home of the owners, called the Villa d'Ô (for rent as well). The Studio at the lower level of the villa has its own separate entrance and gated parking next to the unit, and features a beautiful private large terrace and sun deck of 40 sqm (430 sqf) including a Jacuzzi, dining and lounge area.
The Studio is 5 minutes by car to the most beautiful and popular beach of Saint Martin: Orient Bay, and at same distance to the gastronomic capital of Grand Case.
For your comfort, Studio of Villa d'Ô has air-conditioning, a King sized bed and comfortable sofa seating in the living area. It is equipped with a flat screen Satellite television, stereo/radio and an iPod station. Free WiFi-Internet access is available on site. Just bring your laptop or notebook to hook up to the network! |
The Studio sleeps 2 to 4 people. The sofa in the living area converts to a Queen size bed and is separated by a few steps from the slightly elevated bedroom area with its comfortable King bed.

The private, full bathroom of Studio of Villa d'Ô is one of its kind! It is made of natural Granite colored stones and features an open Antillean-style shower. Unique on St. Martin! The bathroom has a hair-dryer and bath towels are supplied as well.

| The Kitchen features a refrigerator, a stove (glass hob) and a microwave. A coffee maker, toaster and other kitchen & cooking utensils and all the necessary dinnerware and tableware are also handy in kitchen. |
Outside of the Studio, a very nicely appointed terrace and large sun deck awaits you for your tranquil relaxation.
Surrounded by the garden and palm trees, the terrace is well equipped and large - 40 sqm (430 sqf) of size. Here, you'll find a dining table for 4 guests, a bench, lounge chairs and - just built very recently - your own Jacuzzi!
The owners of Studio of Villa d'Ô will be available if you need their assistance and will be delighted to give you useful hints and advice. If you are looking for a specific beach, a restaurant or bar, a rental car, a boat charter, excursions to St. Barth's or Anguilla, where to do water sports, golf or go to a day spa - they will direct you to the right places, sometimes to places off the beaten track. |
