The condo has more than 3000 sq feet of indoor and outdoor living space. It is situated on the 2nd floor of the latest, most prestigious development directly on the beach of Simpson Bay - Las Arenas. Access to the huge wrap around private balcony is through disappearing pocketed sliding doors, providing an amazing, panoramic ocean view of over 300 degrees.

European professional decor, accented by comfortable plush furnishings and stainless steel GE Monogram appliances will make your stay at our rental as pleasant as possible. Two Italian Bathrooms and a Jacuzzi in the Master bath will help you relax at all times. Maid services, a washer & dryer, iron/board, a personal safe, hair dryers an all other amenities you can expect at such a fine place are available. A permanent management staff will take care of ALL your needs and help acquaint with the Island once you have arrived.

More than 3000 sq feet of comfort, luxury and personalized European decor are complimented by seamless 9½ ft high concrete ceilings. Pocketed 9mm glass patio doors, which are storm and noise proof, disappear into the walls to let you enjoy the huge wrap around balcony, spoiling you with a complete view of Simpson Bay.

The Kitchen

A very spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen features GE Monogram stainless steel appliances and stone counter-tops. An oversized island, with a cooled beverage center, is simply ideal for preparing meals as well as entertaining. A Weber BBQ was not forgotten, and is awaiting any grilling items your heart may desire...A utility closet holds the full sized front load GE washer and dryer.

few tenants. It is just down below the View 2 Die 4.

On the balcony

In the living area, you will find a complete multimedia home theater 5.1 arrangement, with facilities to hook up your own iPod or MP3 player, besides the already provided radio, Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The entertainment center is easily controlled from the sofa using the pre-programmed Harmony remote control.

Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the condo by using our computer or your laptop. The included "Vonage" phone gives unlimited and free calling access to USA and Canada.

The Master bedroom

View2Die4 features two spacious bedrooms with king sized beds, and en suite luxury bathrooms. Another half bath for guests or visitors is located off the living area. The rooms are equipped with fine linen and plenty of towels and beach towels. The two bedrooms are located on each side of the living room, thus ensuring privacy for each, if there are two couples in your party.

There are 2 en-suite European inspired bathrooms. The Master bath comes with  a sophisticated whirlpool, which will massage you with powerful adjustable air jets, complete with ocean front views!

The guest bedroom

The bedrooms are furnished and decorated in contemporary style, with a King sized bed in both rooms, memory mattresses, spacious closets, personal safe, and sliding doors that open to the balcony and the incredible view!
