View 2 die 4 rents on a weekly basis but the owners may consider all reasonable requests for a different arrangement, depending on availability. The condo perfectly sleeps 1 or 2 people only, the rates however are based on 4 guests staying at the unit.

Rates are in US dollars, and do not include the Local Government tax (9%) nor the energy surcharge tax (5%). A $ 500.00 safety deposit is required, which will be promptly refunded, if no damage incurred to the property during your stay.

In the living area, you will find a complete multimedia home theater 5.1 arrangement, with facilities to hook up your own iPod or MP3 player, besides the already provided radio, Satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The condo has more than 3000 sq feet of indoor and outdoor living space. It is situated on the 2nd floor of the latest, most prestigious development directly on the beach of Simpson Bay - Las Arenas. Access to the huge wrap around private balcony is through disappearing pocketed sliding doors, providing an amazing, panoramic ocean view of over 300 degrees.

A very spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen features GE Monogram stainless steel appliances and stone counter-tops. An oversized island, with a cooled beverage center, is simply ideal for preparing meals as well as entertaining. A Weber BBQ was not forgotten, and is awaiting any grilling items your heart may desire... A utility closet holds the full sized front load GE washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom of the View2die condo View 2 Die 4 features two spacious bedrooms with king sized beds, and en suite luxury bathrooms. Another half bath for guests or visitors is located off the living area. The rooms are equipped with fine linen and plenty of towels and beach towels. The two bedrooms are located on each side of the living room, thus ensuring privacy for each, if there are two couples in your party.

There are 2 en-suite European inspired bathrooms. The Master bath comes with sophisticated whirlpool, which will massage you with powerful adjustable air jets, complete with ocean front views!

Las Arenas, where the unit is situated, is the most prestigious, newest beachfront complex on Simpson Bay and is located in a residential area of the Dutch side of the island.

View 2 die 4 is the front (beach facing) unit on the 2nd floor at Las Arenas The building's entrance and the private covered parking are accessible by a remote controlled electric gate, while a security guard is present during evenings and nights. The View 2 Die 4 condo is located on the 2nd floor with the large beach facing wrap around balcony.
