Villa Alanca was acquired by new owners recently and they extensively renovated and re-designed the entire villa during the first half of 2010. The property is situated on the hillside, near the well known Green Cay Villas. One of the big pro's of this modern vacation home is the ample space provided at multiple outdoor entertaining areas. The location is quiet and secluded, yet it's a mere 2 minutes drive down the slope to get to Orient Beach or charming Orient Village with its casual Creole ambience at "La Place du Village".

Alanca is a very accommodating open, bright and airy villa, ideal for hosting three generations under one roof. The villa offers an excellent value and privacy for each if there 3 couples in your group. The interior areas with the air-conditioned living room and open kitchen will add to your comfort as a group. At the same token, each guest or couple can retire and relax quietly from the rest of the party, thanks to the ample of space and the pleasant floor plan.

This large communal area was designed as a truly "communal room". It's an area where guests feel at ease to socialize and spend quality time with companions or family. There are many essential amenities including:

The kitchen, dining and seating area form one large open space that opens on two sides towards the terraces. The beautiful kitchen is thoughtfully designed and very functional. It provides also a complete set of superior dinnerware, glasses, china, silverware and tableware for nicely presenting your lunch or dinner to your friends or family.

The air-conditioned bedroom is bedded with a King bed with two built-in night tables and head board, and is furnished functionally with furniture and accessories that fit to the elegant tranquil ambience at the Villa.

By the way, all three bathrooms at Alanca are "French style", means that the toilets are not integrated in the bathrooms, but in a separate private room.
