The redecorated open plan living room is air-conditioned, and furnished with a beautiful set of Caribbean-style couch and chairs. There is wide screen cable TV (US-channels), a stereo system with CD-player and WiFi to entertain yourself. The living room opens directly onto the balcony overlooking the ocean.

| The kitchen in the back of the living room is fully equipped. Stainless-steel appliances and all kitchen tools are there to make your "dine-in" days enjoyable. | The dining area adjoins the kitchen and seats four guests. The kitchen/dining area as well as the sitting area feature sliding doors to enter the balcony. You can sip on your morning coffee or sun-downer and step out on your private balcony to enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean, the blue sky and the nearby islands. As the villa is facing east, you can sea most spectacular sunrises, if you are an early-riser. | ||
Bedroom 1 (Master) with King is on the main level of the villa
The master bedroom is located on the main level of the villa, off the living room, on the left side. The guest bedroom is on the second floor. The Master is en-suite, whereas the 2nd bathroom is on the bottom of the stairway that leads up to the guest bedroom.
Bedroom #2 is located on the 2nd floor of the Villa
There is a wooden stairway from the first to the 2nd floor, and a door that closes this area off from the common living area to create a completely private space for the guests on the second floor.
ALL NEW BEDROOMS & BATHS Villa Alicia with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for two couples as there is total privacy from one floor with the master bedroom to the upper floor with the guest bedroom. |

Villa Alicia is located on the East, windward side of the island at  Guana Bay on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten - 10 minutes north of Philipsburg and 40 minutes from the international airport SXM. The location is very convenient, half way between Philipsburg for shopping and the Oyster Pond area and popular Dawn Beach with the casino at the Westin Resort, which you can reach in less than 10 minutes.
Popular Orient Beach is less than 20 min. north of Villa Alicia. The entire Guana Bay neighborhood is a purely residential area without commercial activities and shops. The East coast of St. Maarten is the most quiet and and least populated area of the island! A rental car is strongly recommended. The only beach bar at Guana Bay, the Boardroom Jazz Club is not always open, so better bring your own beverages to enjoy the spectacular beach! |
