Villa Alizéa

Villa Alizea is a spacious, very tranquil and secluded 3 bedroom/4.5 bath property situated in the upscale deed community of Plum Bay in Terres Basses or French Lowlands. The villa was converted into a seasonal rental just recently, as it was home to long term tenants before.

All outdoor areas and also the Master Bedroom at Villa Alizea allow a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea at Plum Bay including yachts, sail boats and cruise ships passing by. The villa is also a great place to watch famous Heineken Regatta that takes place very year in early March.

The villa consists of two buildings, a larger one for the communal living area and a 2nd pavilion for the 3 bedrooms. In the center is the salt water pool, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs for your private relaxation. The property was built on a very large lot of over 2 acres (almost 10,000 sqm) and is set amidst lush tropical gardens ensuring privacy and tranquility without being disturbed by any views or noise from neighboring lots!

The villa belongs to a reputable French owner family, who owns several other villa properties in Terres Basses. They live permanently on island, actually on the neighboring lot of Villa Alizea, and take great care of both, their properties and their guests.

The large private pool overlooks the sea and features some exquisite extras, such as the mosaics at the steps and around the pool. Note also that Villa Alizea has a salt water pool with no chlorine! To rinse off from a swim, on the patio by the pool there is a half bath including shower facilities for your convenience.

At Villa Alizea, there are two main outdoor living areas. Both are comfortable and in the shade: One area is  the outdoor dining area next to the living room, where you'll find a large Teak dining table with seating for 8 guests. The other outdoor area is a lounge on the patio.

The Master Bedroom

Villa Alizea offers three air-conditioned bedrooms with their private, en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms feature a King sized bed. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds.

The master bedroom is located in the pavilion to your left when you enter the premises. All three bedrooms are accessed from outside, either the terrace, patio, deck or veranda.

All three bedrooms at the villa are located in the pavilion building opposite the main building. The Master bedroom fronts the terrace and has a view of the Caribbean sea.

If you are traveling with a toddler or young child, you may request a crib or a rollaway bed from the owners, who will be glad to help for accommodating also the youngest guests at the villa.

All three bathrooms at Villa Alizea have a fully tiled large walk-in shower, double sinks, a large mirror and hair dryer.

The Master bath features both, a shower and a bath tub - a bath tub, by the way, from where you can see Plum Bay and the turquoise Caribbean Sea!

The Master bedroom features a four poster King bed.

The Master bedroom is very nicely furnished with an antique side table and dresser, and a large closet.

The 2nd bedroom is located opposite the Master bedroom fronting the garden and driveway, whereas the 3rd bedroom is in the same pavilion with the entrance on the side of the building.

Bedroom #2 at Villa Alizéa Villa Alizea 2nd bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a King sized bed. The bedroom has a private en-suite full bathroom with a shower, large mirror and double sinks (see picture below). All bedrooms have Italian marble floors throughout, antique furniture some (partially original) paintings, and fine quality linen and towels.

All bedrooms of Villa Alizea are air-conditioned, have ample closet space, Italian marble floors and are well equipped. Each room has its separate entrance and is accessible from outside, the deck or terrace.

The third bedroom offers a set of twin beds that convert into a King. This nicely appointed room with an antique desk and large closet is a great option if 1 or 2 children are traveling with you.

The bathrooms of bedroom #2 and of #3 are identical. Both feature a large, fully tiled walk-in shower, a large mirror and double sinks.

Each bedroom at Villa Alizea is individually furnished and decorated. The French owner family paid a lot of attention also to the decoration and accessories in each room to make them comfortable, warm, tasteful and accommodating!
